I bought online a meat mincer blade in the middle of August. It was only around £13 which is not bad, but
even if I tried to measure as accurate as possible it didn't fit to my electric meat mincer.
The was no return label and I spent some time asking where to send this item for return, I've got to write the address with my hand and voila"we haven't received it in our return department".
I don't know where this tiny package without proper return label has landed, very possible just in the rubbish bin and somehow it looks so stupid.
But my advise: avoid this company and if you cannot buy the part you are looking for elsewhere, than be very careful with sending return package. You will not be able to be sure they "haven't received it".
Be prepared to it.

The guy was an absolute star . Needed some parts for like yesterday and was a conversion from genuine to universal... he actually went the extra mile to check if they fit he found a way to fit them together and delivered them the next day before 1pm ... once again absolute STAR !

We needed a thermostat for our fryer and bought from catersparesuk .. They were really good at sending the item right away, and answering their mail. The first shipment could not be traced as they are working with Royalmail. Those I had wrote that the item could not be traced, they themselves have contacted Royalmail and they could not. Catersparesuk has sent with it a new tehrmostat with another cargo company and the item was delivered 2 days after. It was really good service.
