Same thing happened to me. Obviously a scam. Order the cooler and get a model car instead. Then get on the merry go round with their “customer service”. I’ll be complaining to PayPal.

Scam company. Ordered the VW Cooler, and got a very small model of a VW bus. Wrote to company for complaint and they answered that it would cost me EUR 30-50 to return the item, for my cost.

My girlfriend ordered the cooler Hippie…
My girlfriend ordered the cooler Hippie bus too like previous review. Instead we got a very small vw bus back that wasnt a cooler and too small to get even 1 beer in if it did open. Contact with company says we have to pay 30 to 50 USD to post bus back to them and then they will refund. This is a scam company do not order anything from them. They are doing the same thing to many people we have found online. If they were a genuine company they would send the refund or correct item ordered and they would pay delivery return on wrong product sent. Others had wrong product and same story when they tried to deal with them.
