Lovely items - good quality & quick service. Items arrived well packaged and in good order

I bought 3 climbers from catipilla, a resting spot and step for the side of my house and garage. Note: the tall climber in the pictures comes as two small climbers which is handy because it gives more flexibility - they can be installed to make one tall climber or offset to give more width if you prefer. Initially I thought the products were a little pricey but, having looked into DIY shelving options, I think these are actually very well priced and likely trying to make my own would have been both more expensive and less good. They’re thoughtfully designed, light but robust. If you are planning to install outside the carpeting fits very snugly and will withstand scratching and has rubber underlay which prevents water entering the unit. The carpet itself is weather resistant and doesn’t seem wet after rain. A few treats on the steps has got my cat interested and she managed the zig zag up the climbers quite intuitively (she’s 3). The instruction videos are helpful but show indoor installations - I think outdoor is a little more tricky because the drill holes need to be fairly precise for some of the fittings and that can be difficult with bricks (although it’s probably fine if you’re used to it, it was my first time using a masonry drill). I also found the team very responsive to emails, replying to queries within an hour or two. Once up, and with the extra brackets supplied for the tread steps the units are rock solid and will be fine for bigger cats. I’m really pleased with them and the cat is happily using the lower climber already which is pretty encouraging, hopefully she’ll work up to the high resting spot! I might add a couple of walkways since I think that would make it even more enticing/accessible for my cat.

Amazing products, well designed and easy to install. Catipilla put the customer at the heart of what they do. Cat uses the climber to climb down from the window on the outside of our building, it was purchased as a practical solution. I am so impressed by the quality I’m considering adding walkways to the outside and creating a space for some cat furniture inside. Would highly recommend this company.

The ordering process was smooth and delivery was quick. I ordered the Diagonal bundle, plus an extra Tread Plate, and High Plate Shelf.

I found it reasonably easy to put the shelves up as the instructions were simple to follow. I’m no DIY guy but I took my time and was pleased with how it all looked once up on the walls. I liked the look of it so much I ordered the Wall Mounted Catwalk Bundle and the Teepee to finish the room.

The shelves are modern looking and sturdy.

My cats love this wall tree. They chase each other up and down, they love the beds especially the teepee. The units are well packaged and came very quickly. The whole construction is well made and very strong. I would highly recommend this product.

Catwalks were a new concept for me and I was delighted to find Catipilla and the advice given. Couldn't have asked for anything more - patient, friendly help that made me feel very confident about ordering the products 😊.

Arrived very quickly and put up easily. Our pussycat, Peyton, got the hang of the walkway on third go of 'luring' and sleeps happily on the cat shelf with the cushion.

Delivered quickly and as described. Easy to install, cat loves it and immediately has got used to scratching it.

Purchased two 75cm Cat Scratcher Posts for wall fitting. I couldn’t be more delighted. Very fussy cats flexing their muscles on it (assisting me) mid fitting and then took to it immediately.
Took less than five minutes to fit both of them and they look great, totally unobtrusive, take up no space at all compared with the old fashioned cat scratching posts sold everywhere else. Cats delighted and I’m delighted. Will be buying lots more. Thanks Catipilla.

This company make good quality wall furniture that my cats all love.

High quality product with good sized treads for the cats to jump on to. Ordered extra parts to extend the run for the cats a couple of weeks later - think it is good to create a run that goes up and over so cats can access it from two directions - otherwise, one can sit on the bottom rung and block it for the others (or maybe that just happens in my household!). Cats love it and went on it within minutes of me putting it up. Company are really helpful with any queries as well. Highly recommend.

Fab service. I placed the order late in the evening, had an email the following morning to say it had been shipped and had the delivery the following day. Cannot fault the service. The product itself is excellent quality and my cat loves it. I can’t recommend highly enough.

For anyone who’s house proud but wants to offer their indoor cats lots of climbing options, look no further. I was worried I’d have to resort to ugly, bulky cat trees for my 3 fur balls but Catipilla came to the rescue!
From the initial emailing to online consultation to ordering and installing, Joseph and his father were there with me every step of the way - what a lovely family to deal with and excellent customer experience.
I went for several different combinations of tread plates, high plates, tee pees, hammocks and climbing posts. The slick range and colour ways will fit even the most minimalist home without overtaking the space. Fingers crossed my boys would like them too!
And they sure did. But be patient and use lots of treats to reward them, especially with the longer climbing posts. As they built up confidence and speed it became easier. We have the occasional traffic jam but they’ve all found their favourite snoozing spots now. Thank you Catipilla, I cannot recommend you enough!

I'm so glad I came across this company. I had been looking online for a long time for ideas for modern wall mounted cat furniture. Most of the typical cat trees online are free standing and quite old fashioned in my opinion, however the Catipilla products are in a completely different league! Their products are so unique. They are so sleek and modern, they look ultra stylish on the wall and very easy to install. Very well made and sturdy. I initially placed an order for 3 wall mounted cat scratching posts and was so impressed that I ordered the wall mounted cat tower and high plate to match. After receiving these, I decided to expand the wall arrangement and bought a further 6 wall tread steps to match. I'm so impressed with it all and I think they're excellent value for money. These products are of high quality. Delivery was super quick and received the following day. On top of that, the customer service I have received from Joseph has been fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

My catipilla combination (pro plus a high plate and additional individual tread plate) is brilliant. Great service and a lot of help and patience from Andy while he helped me work out the right design to fit a rather unusual space. Arrived quickly, great service, great product, would definitely recommend. As would my cats!

Catipilla is a wonderful company--they have quick communication, and excellent customer service and appear truly happy to help. I bought the wall mounted tree climber / playground bundle. I'm in NYC and it arrived quicker than I could have imagined--packaged perfectly and included excellent directions. It is well made AND my cat used it immediately! He seems to love the high perch to watch out the window. I still have to put up the resting bed ( which arrived in a separate package) and am hopeful he will love that part as much. I looked at a lot of cat climbers and decided on this one because it had clean lines and a good-looking design. I'm delighted with the purchase!

We were looking for some cat shelves for our cat as we wanted her to be able to get up high and feel secure. The furniture this company provides is brilliant and was perfect for the job. Reasonably priced versus others and simple to attach to the wall. Loved the mix and match choice of colours and our cat was straight up them as soon as we fitted them on the wall. One of the items was out of stock when we ordered (this was clearly labelled) but the owner also still sent an email to make sure we were aware. Everything arrived within a day of ordering too! Really can’t fault them.
