I had the same experience as other reviewers - LED light in my cat water fountain stopped working. Swiftly replaced by helpful customer services, and fountain working perfectly again. The cat loves the fountain - so much better than a puddle in the garden.

The pixi stainless steel fountain is beautiful and silent. Had it for just under 4 months and the LED night light stopped working. Contacted support and they must have known there was a possible problematic batch of pumps and sent one out straight away. Installed the newer pump and the light is working again. Still silent and still a beautiful fountain.

I ordered the Catit wooden clumping cat litter (it’s my cat’s favourite and is absolutely fantastic) and the product came intact and well packaged. The only issue came when DPD lost my package, I messaged Catit and they opened a case for the parcel, after a week they messaged to say that they had no response from DPD and offered to resend or refund my package. Catit were incredibly helpful, polite and they gave prompt updates when I asked for them - even sending a free pack of treats in the re delivery! Would 100% use again for both products and customer service :).

Generally speaking I like Catit products, particularly the water fountains and creamy treats.

I was however very disappointed with the Vesper furniture. We already have several FEANDREA cat trees which seem to be good value for the size and have lasted throughout our cats kittenhood and continue to be sturdy a year later.

We wanted something smarter for the lounge, so we got a Vesper Cabana. I definitely felt it was expensive for what it was, but it did look nice.

It has been about 11 months and the cats have shredded the hammock fabric so badly I am not sure how long it will last now. It no longer looks smart. I knew Vesper did spare parts, but apparently I can't get a spare hammock (which is really just a strong piece of fabric with string to tie it on).

It is pretty useless without the hammock, so I am really not sure the quality is there for the price. £50 for something that barely lasted a year. I am not sure if they tested it with actual cats.

Quick easy and efficient. Got back to me same day and resolved my issue. Great service

I purchased a covered cat litter tray from CatIt which was faulty on arrival - the door was jamming.
The team asked me to send pictures and they sent a replacement immediately out to me and suggested I donated the other one to a local cat rescue.

I purchase many products from catit site & have had no issues, every order has been delivered promptly & correct. My kittens love the boxes the items are sent in too! One happy catit customer

I’m glad the only good cat litter (pea husk) is back. Would be nice to be able to buy the recyclable cardboard litter box from Catit too as the other brand that offers it has a bad, dusty cat litter. I would like to hear from Catit if they’re planning to sell something similar in the future.

Excellent products are let down by the poor customer service when something isn’t quite right with your order!

I found them to be both rude and unhelpful. In the end I bypassed them and requested a refund from PayPal

Terrible company do not use. Awful customer services and everything way overpriced.

I bought the flower water fountain for my cat in the green little bundle with some accessories. Totally worth the money my cat took about 3 days to get use to the fountain and is still a little unsure but I'm sure she will get more confident in time I ordered it on Thursday and got it the next day without paying express shipping 😂 honestly so impressed with it ❤

I’ve bought loads of Catit items over the years. I recently bought some Catit furniture which was on sale (any excuse) it arrived quickly and I was excited to build it.

It was from the vesper range which boasts easy & quick build - it certainly is! Unfortunately a few panels had damage so I sent them pics and a message. Got a quick reply telling me they had dispatched a new unit and to donate the one I had to a local cat charity of my choice - how amazing is that?!

When the new one arrived (very quickly) my cats were delighted with it - which if you know cats is amazing in itself 🤣 - and they are still using it months on.

Brilliant items. Lost count of how many Catit items we now have and great customer service.

I had an issue with my cat water fountain, where the light stopped working. I contacted customer services and was sent a new part immediately. I was very impressed with the service.

Bought a vesper cabana for my daughter kitten for Christmas . Received it on 28th November box was undamaged so didn’t check contents .

Was opened to be set up on Xmas eve and discovered not one but both support sides were broken ,sent email and pictures as soon as discovered to company.

Received an email today from customer services saying I should have contacted them within 48 hours of delivery.

So no replacement or refund on product so please check when or if you buy from the site that everything is in working order and pray it stays that way.

Very disappointed in the service will now shop on zoo plus or another online retailer

Their products build quality is sub par at best. It comes to something when you can't even make a product suitable for holding cat faeces!

Excellent product - highly recommended.
This is just what my two boisterous Abyssinian kittens needed. It is a really well made sturdy cat tower.
They didn’t entertain the first cat tower by a different brand but took to this straight away. Perfect platforms for them to step up to the top tower.

Me and my boy Olly Maximus George Dalai Bojangles (ginger Tom) adore catit products. Some bits are a little pricey but ARE worth every penny! The Lavender cat litter is beyond awesome and my boy isn’t suffering with asthma attacks as often as the litter is dust free and is hassle free litter. Keep up the good work to all at Catit, Mr Bojangles sends you a paw high five! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Catit treats, especially the Ocean Wraps, are like cat crack. Even the slightest rustle of plastic and our cat comes running. He is hopelessly addicted to these and may need rehab!

All of the treats are highly recommended however be careful as these will turn your cat into a treat junkie. We even taught him to "sit" using them!
