Very efficient and clear with instructions, would recommend.

I had a very good experience with Cattery 001. They got back to me quickly, found the right boarding option for my cat, and clearly explained the whole process. My plans later changed and I had to cancel, but they were very understanding and the cancellation went smoothly.

Had a great experience! I had a trip planned and decided to try cat boarding for the first time, the sitter I was matched with was excellent took good care of my cat :)

I was provided with photos and updates throughout my cat's stay which helped give me peace of mind while I was away.

This is the 1st time I have used a service like this for my 2 stay at home cats.The regular contact with pictures and videos was the best it really kept me at ease. The is the best service out there. I would highly recommend them. The price was also affordable. I cant wait to use them again.

Great communication and all of my questions were answered. I didn’t have to worry too much about my cats even though it was their first time being away from home. The sitter was very accommodating and understood our concerns. I just wish that we were told that there would be other cats there a little more explicitly.

My cat is very shy and kept hiding and refusing to eat but the communication from the team was great and the cat sitter was lovely! I felt kept in the loop at all times

Very friendly and fast communication. I was given three choices of host family to choose from they allow me to do three viewings with all of them. Eventually I went with Ada she was amazing gave me updates all the time even bought my baby girl some treats obvious I paid her at the end.

Cattery 001 was very responsive to messages and providing assurance before we booked, which was very helpful since this was the first time we were boarding our cat. They were also really quick to arrange where our cat would be staying.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

This is basically a middleman service finding random cat foster homes (sometimes even without doing a thorough check for their previous expertise or doing a proper background check or ID verification) on rednote or social media for you while charging you extortionate prices for the intermediary/agent services.

My agent matched me with a greenhorn who could not understand English and had little experience, and then to another who did not even have any cat sitting experience while exaggerating to me that both were extremely experienced beforehand.

MOREOVER, IT'S STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF ANY HARM HAPPENS TO YOUR CAT(S), even though they were the ones responsible for finding these cat sitters for you.

For the sake of your cat and if you love your cat, you WOULD NOT find a cat sitter/foster home with this profit driven company that would do anything to benefit from earning the agent fees and take no accountability for their arrangements afterwards!!!!

Excellent service, cannot recommend it enough! I was quite anxious about leaving my 4 month old kitten for a weekend for the first time and the team were absolutely fantastic at accommodating all of my requests. The booking process was straightforward and the team took the time to answer all of my questions, arranged a virtual viewing, and shared multiple daily updates so I could enjoy my holiday knowing my kitten was well looked after. Thank you for looking after little Chaaya so well, will definitely use this service again!

Kay was extremely friendly and caring with our cats. We were able to see where the cats would be staying beforehand. Our cats love the outdoors and being in the garden, we were a bit worried that they would be unsettled but they settled in well with Kay.
She sent us pictures of them throughout their stay which was very reassuring. The communication was very good. Overall we are very pleased.

Quick response and a detail run down of how it all works, they matched me with a sitter really close by and put me in touch with them quickly, it was all transparent and I felt safe leaving my cat with them :)

I contacted Cattery 001 since I am buying a kitten (just 8 weeks old) but unfortunately I'm travelling for the first 5 days! Nightmare! Cattery 001 were very understanding and they said they could help me being very experienced with kittens and that they would look after him like a little baby with all the care needed. They were very responsive and offer a good price. In the end I didn't need the service but without a doubt I am going to contact them next time I travel!
