Had to return twice for a bag and purse which my sister decided wasn’t the right size or colour and about to reorderin black which she knows she will like!!! Thank goodness.
Immediate despatch of bag and easy returns and refund also fab customer service when needing to ask questions. so a really good company to purchase a quality bag from. Hence my third reorder very soon.

Beautiful bags and an 'extra' customer service
The bags are beautiful and truly unique, I was able to find something that suited my giant laptop and still looks decent. The little cat pendant also adds a nice touch.
There was an issue with one of the bags not being delivered (some delivery error from the warehouse) and the customer service team arranged an expedited delivery for me, even around the holiday period.
