Ordered and paid online for an item "in stock" only to be refunded 2 weeks later without any explanation
What a waste of time.

Curious customer service?

Bought my son a pair of steel blue work boots for Christmas online, size was too big but was able to exchange them no problem in the Athlone branch, would definitely shop here again.

My boyfriend wanted a leatherman for Christmas. I ordered it on Wednesday and received it Friday evening. Couldn’t believe how quick the delivery was for December. I haven’t opened the box but I can’t imagine there is any issues with the item.

We purchased a lathe with Caulfield Industrial. After a few weeks we had an issue with it and the lathe stopped working. We received very good service in trying to fix the problem. When this did not work Caulfields were very quick to get the lathe replaced with a new one. We will definitely use this company again.

I ordered a DeWalt strimmer from Caulfield as they were the only company that had the model I was looking for. I had not used them before, so was a little wary of the service, however I need not have worried - the strimmer arrived this morning, and it's not even 9:00am (I only ordered it yesterday morning at 11:00am). The price was good also, so no hesitation in recommending them!!

My order arrived in 2 days. Prices are good. Great experience.

Returned an item. 2 weeks later no refund. I phoned and they said they would get back to me the same day. A week later nothing so phoned again. Told the refund just came up on the system twenty minutes before. Couldn't even come up with a believable excuse.

Had made a purchase and had a query. Spoke with a gentleman called Aodhan. Very knowledgeable and he is a great asset to your company . Excellent customer service .

Staff were super helpful. Great customer service and communication was amazing. They were quick to have my questions answered. Prices were the best I found. Order arrived the next day. Overall quick and easy experience I will be back again!

Well deserved 5 stars. Purchase was correct, well packed and delivery was super fast. No waiting around twidling your thumbs with this company.

I ordered some tools online, and got free delivery for spending €50 (ex Vat). My order arrived 2 days later even though it was Saturday. Very good service. And great to be able to buy from an Irish company.

Not happy . After a mix up re my Oder .. bollards but not offered with bases then after needing to spend more. Then not putting orders together so I had to wait twice on deliveries, even but we had agreed after I paid more for bases . So be adviced not on top of their job . Annoyed

I would just like to say what a pleasure it was to deal with this company. The website was excellent, so easy to use . Delivery time was exceptional. Absolutely delighted and I will definitely use them again.

Ordered something from Caulfield Industrial but unfortunately it was out of stock. They informed me of situation immediately and voided my transaction as I requested. Handled like pros!

First class servis at caufields i ordered a dewalt planer thicknesser and a few other tools on wednesday was delivered on friday morning very empressed with the tools and delevery was so fast was dealing with mike he was very helpfull and frindely will be dealing with caufields again thank you

I ordered an 18” pipe wrench which aren’t cheap but got lost in the post, I contacted the company and a man called David helped me and had another one sent out to me straight away, I got it the next day! Couldn’t recommend a better company 10/10 customer service
