Cheapest isn't always the best
Cavass provided a simple and effective service.
I needed to have a chimney removed and was tempted to go with the cheapest quote, but after carrying out checks on the builders I'm glad I went with a more reputable firm instead.
It's true, ultimately, you get what you pay for.

Why didn’t this exist years ago?
Honestly, this is a remarkably simple idea, yet it is so desperately needed. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with builders ghosting me after I've paid them. With Cavass, I had a proper agreement in place and even checked the builder’s background. Just made me feel a lot safer. Can’t believe it’s taken this long for something like this to show up.

Saved me from a nightmare
I was about to go ahead with a builder, but decided to run a credit check through Cavass just to be safe. Turns out the guy had loads of financial issues and a court judgment against him. I backed out and found someone else. That one check saved me thousands, I’m sure of it.
