I am reviewing on the purchase of my Bungalow that was worked on by Ishrat.
She was on top of it the whole process helped work out key issues and get several problems resolved, and fights for your corner when being put under pressure.
She was a pleasure to work with and got great results, would recommend them for any conservancy you need done as being reliable, efficient and helpful.
I had an excellent experience with this firm regarding my immigration matter. The overall service was very good, and my solicitor, Sue Chana, was outstanding. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and effectiveness.
After a two and a half year wait, the Legal Ombudsman (who by the way are not fit for purpose) advised me on 27th April 2023 that point one of my lengthy complaint against Caversham Solicitors/Robert Syms is to be upheld. This relates to evidence the firm did have possession of a long awaited forensic report, and they deliberately with held that report from me for 2 weeks until such time as they could issue an invoice and receive payment for that invoice.
Legal Ombudsman decision quote "As the firm have admitted to deliberately withholding the forensic report until Mrs Zananiri paid and were not honest that they were in possession of the report, I believe the service to be unreasonable."
This hopefully serves as a warning about a firm of solicitors I believe to be useless, grasping and like the Legal Ombudsman, not fit for purpose.
