Cay Skin Stole $76 From Me
Like "IA" below, I experienced a similar issue. I placed an order for SPF items in April 2025. When I received them on April 17th, one of the items had an expiration date of May 2025, the other in late Summer 2025. I reached out to the company to initiate a return or replacement, because I did not want items that were on the verge of expiring. Customer Service responded and told me the items are fine and will not expire that quickly, but I was not convinced by their response, so I requested a return. I was told the return had to be reviewed, and then I received an email on 4/28 with a return label and an estimated refund of "$76.00". USPS shows that my return was received by them on May 1. However, since then, I have repeatedly emailed about the status of my return, and no one will reply to me. I never received the $76 in return, even though I confirmed they received my items. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card, but Cay Skin told them I am still in posession of the goods (which I am not), so the credit card did not refund my expense. In my view, Cay Skin stole $76 from me.
