Op 9 september is in de nacht om 1.09 uur snachts 2x 30 euro geïncasseerd door cazeus ik ben al ruim 6 weken bezig om mijn geld terug te krijgen en idd steeds hetzelfde antwoord "stuur maar een mail" waar totaal niet op wordt gereageerd of "we zijn ermee bezig "ruim 6 weken kom op cazeus geef gewoon of een tegoed ter waarde van 2x 30 euro (60 euro totaal) of stort het bedrag gewoon terug op mijn rekening want ik heb julie geen toestemming gegeven om 2x 30 euro van mijn rekening te incasseren en dat in de nacht hoe dan aardig gek ,MIJN GELD TERUG oplichters!!!

Withdrawal

So today after waiting 10 days so far I log into my account to find my withdrawal was cancelled I wasn’t me that did this so now I’ve got to restart the withdrawal process again it’s becoming out of control to get my withdrawal

All these one-star reviews can not be a coincidence!!!! AVIOD. You are better of not bothering. Today is 12 days of waiting, and hours and hours of trying to connect to the live chat just to get the same generic pre typed answers, that my withdrawal is delayed due to high number of requests!! And this is not isolated, this happened to me before and I think they do this to encourage people with gambling problems to cancel withdrawals and spend their winnings instead. It's disgusting. PLEASE USE ANY OTHER CASINO

What a scam

What a scam, wont payout my $600 I won from slots and mlb betting, I started with $100.
Monday I started the withdarwl, friday they said backlog and they will hury up yet they dont work weekend... i should mention they already cancled this once with no explanation or reconition they did it. DO NOT PLAY HER

I am on day 17 of a withdrawal request and still refusing to withdraw winnings with no reason given - just saying "things can be delayed" despite multiple emails to head office and live chat online. Its clear this will never be withdrawn.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS CASINO. ITS ILLEGALLY OPERATING IN AUSTRALIA. I have made a formal complaint to ACMA. This casino is a disgace. Never experienced anything quite like it. I had a big win of $17,500AUD. Within one week, I put it all back through due to the fact that they made it impossible to withdraw funds. BECAUSE THEY DONT PAY YOU!!!!!
I spent countless hours trying to get through to the casino, messages, emails. I was constantly cut off by the staff during live chats. Illegally operating, so why would they pay? Any Australian playing for real money with online casino's has no legal ground to fight on if a casino does not pay you. It's a joke. The government say that using online casino's is not allowed. But they still allow THIEVING CRIMINALS such as CAZEUS to put there casino's online for us to play them, but they wont help with getting your money back when these places don't pay. The only thing we can do is file a complaint to the ACMA & leave negative reviews to try and help out the next person they rip off. Out of the $17,500AUD I won, the only money I received from it was the first $750 that I was told I could withdraw. They told me I could make three $750 withdrawals per week. After I tried a number of times to make the first withdrawal, they finally let it go through as a pending transaction. It was pending for over 4 weeks before the $750 went into my account. They did not allow me to make the other two withdrawals & I gave up on trying. The remainder of money I won, went back in to there slots which is exactly what they want to happen. DISHONESTY & DECEITFULNESS is all I got from them. I must have tried 50 times to try and withdraw the other two $750 payments.
If I was able to make three withdrawals of $750
per week ($2250) it was going to take 7-8 weeks for them to pay me the $17,500. Thats already bad enough They paid me one withdrawal in 4 weeks, it would of taken nearly half a year (23 Weeks) for them to pay me what I won.
SERIOUSLY THE WORST CASINO I HAVE EVER PLAYED ONLINE WITH.

I got lucky and won 6000£ on this casino, now almost 3 weeks later i still haven’t seen a single penny from them. That money would have changed my family’s life for at least a little bit. I keep getting same emails and messages that im in a queue my withdrawal is in high priority and i will receive it soon thats just one lie after another, but im not the person who will leave this alone and let them keep it, i will sue them because its not fair and not legal to do so, i won that money fair and square and i have a full right to have it

This is 100% a scam website.
My bank told me this.
Everytime you upload money to this fraudulent website a different name appears on the transaction.
After speaking with my bank they told me that my money has been sent to Ukraine, Croatia, Senegal, Nigeria, Nigeria, Kenya, Bulgaria.
The list goes on..
If you lost money with these despicable lot then contact your bank.
My bank gave me a full refund thankfully.
But yeah definitely beware of these guys, they are criminals
