Having so many relevant choices in filtering results is very helpful.
It is a very simple app to use and very well laid out.
The only reason I haven't award 5 stars is that I have not used it to buy a car...yet.

Easy to navigate website, great cars!
Website is clear and easy to navigate. Great range of vehicles at prices to suit all pockets. I finally understood difference between PCP and HP!! Will be searching the site in the coming weeks as very user friendly.

This app is now my first call when looking for a car. I have bought two cars from this app now. It's a brilliant way to filter what you are looking for and to check to make sure the car you are looking at buying is not just fairly priced but has no warnings on it, like if it had previously been written off. Love the app.

We were interested in a Ford Ranger
We were interested in a Ford Ranger, I made contact on Monday via the web form and a quick telephone call on monday 4th may 3pm. they were just closing and I said that we would come Thursday and to call before we came. I rang today at 9.15am to ask if still available, it was and I said ok we should be there just before 12noon. we arrived at 11.50am,we went in to the office and said what vehicle we were there to view/buy. the girl couldn't find the keys and went outside to ask the chap outside and he said that it had been sold , absolutely fuming is an understatement, they knew we were coming. an apology doesn't cut it

Finding the right car was a little frustrating. Not due to cazoo but the sellers.Connor from carmoney was amazing. He stuck with me all the way through. It was so helpful to have someone to just say "sorry that car is not quite right".He picked up what I missed. A big thank you to him and the whole team at cazoo.

I saw it advertised .. I emailed my interest .. and I rang to speak to a human .. who was extremely helpful .. I reserved the car I fell in love with and I’ll be seeing it in 2 days time .. it was easy and I’m excited to see my new car 🤞🤞

Dealer didn't respond so I drove over to the dealership. The car was delivered on Saturday and therefore wasn't in stock ! 2asted journey could have been avoided if they had responded by phone, email or text !

We contacted cazoo several times in…
We contacted cazoo several times in relation to a car we were interested in buying.apon arrival the car was still blocked in by several other cars , the car we looked at was really smelly inside , had not been cleaned
It was advertised coming with a full 12 month. MOT which was not the case as it only had 9 month's MOT and when we questioned if it would have a 12 months MOT we were told absolutely not as it has 9 months already . We asked if they would take a little less for the cleaning and MOT and it was a big fat NO
We were then told that if we wanted to buy the car there is a £99 charge for admin !! Really and they were not backing down on this
