Was recommended CB1 by a friend due to it being fast and cheap. Signing up was hassle free. Initial consultation was quite transactional but I'm a simple case with no question of eligibility.
They advertise next day delivery, but it's only next day from when it's posted. This can actually be a few days after you order so it's a bit disingenuous. But it's not hard to order a week or two before you need it!
I have nothing to compare it to, but it does seem like a lot of products are out of stock.
None of this bothers me since most meds work the same for me. I'm happy buying what's in stock and ordering with time to spare!
Update: If you have epilepsy, they limit THC to 22%. Doesn't take a genius to figure out that is solely for profit. I'm leaving.
My experience was very easy and I spoke to an understanding doctor for 10 minutes. My product arrived 3 days later. Very happy with the way it works.
have found the whole experience very easy, awaiting 2nd order. good choices but need to talk to a dr as i seem to have potency limits overall very happy
CB1 gets a lot right: their portal is easy to use, and their customer service team is responsive and professional. However, as a medical patient, the "medicine" side of the business is where it falters.
My biggest concern is stock availability. For patients requiring high-THC strains (29%+), about 75% of the menu is currently out of stock. This forces patients to settle for products that don't provide adequate relief. For those of us who rely on specific terpene profiles for symptom relief, being limited to ineffective alternatives defeats the purpose of the service.
Additionally, the "next day delivery" claim is misleading, as it typically takes 2–3 days, and the 3-week wait for consultations is longer than ideal. CB1 has the potential to be the best in the market, but they need to fix their supply chain and be more transparent about delivery times to get there.
Final Verdict: The "wrap-around" service is great, but the medicine is the most important part. If the specific strains needed for relief aren't available, the rest of the experience loses its value.
Would definitely recommend this clinic staff are amazing making the process more efficient.
Great experience in every aspect. Really fast services. Great customer service. Great doctors appointment with good advice and recommendations.
Fast turn around with prescription .and really impressed with the medicine choice and quality .
Waste of money. I paid the 50 pound yearly subscription. Nothingvthats worth smoking is ever available. Stock is always running out. I had a consultation to ask for more choice. Was given more choice to find all the ones I now have access to are all out of stock and after 3 weeks non are back in stock. Prices fluctuate too and you find the flower you paid 55 for last time is now 65 or out of stock. The cheap strains are never in stock and never have been since I joined. I would avoid this place and use one of the better known clinics with better stock availability and pricing structure.
There have been some hiccups during the last six months with CB1. I have to say that they have responded to these admirably and apart from the continued use of jiffy bags which I believe will come to an end soon; everything is rosy with CB1 these days.
The formulary is well stocked with a broad range of cultivars, I find it very easy to find the types of medications that favour various health complaints. The new addition of flagged close to expiry reduced items is very helpful in making informed decisions.
I currently seek to adjust my treatment and needed to book a consult, only a three week wait which is pretty good these days, even although I requested it the consult will be free.
I'm very pleased I stayed with CB1 in the long run and I'm finding that their processes are now running very well. Medical cannabis has helped me reduce downtime with back pain, wiped out the use of harmful conventional meds and in turn improved another two major health issues. One of which I'm now reducing dosages of conventional meds with a view to stopping. There have been tangible benefits to adopting this type of treatment.
I was previously a patient with Relief for over a year with no issues at all. My treatment was stable and working well.
Someone suggested CB1 Medical to me as a potentially cheaper alternative, so I decided to explore switching. I went through their website eligibility process, was told I qualified, and booked a consultation.
The consultation itself was straightforward. The doctor went through my medical history, discussed my treatment, explained everything clearly, and confirmed I would be prescribed. I was told the only thing outstanding was a discharge letter from my existing clinic (Relief), after which we would proceed.
On that basis, I arranged discharge from my previous clinic and sent CB1 the requested discharge letter.
After sending it, I then received an email from CB1 stating that, having reviewed my case, I did not qualify after all.
I immediately contacted them to query this and asked to speak with the doctor who had assessed me, or the lead doctor who made the decision. That was over a week ago. I have had no phone call, no meaningful explanation, and no opportunity to discuss the reversal of their decision — just a further email repeating that I don’t qualify.
So I have now been left in an extremely difficult position — discharged from my original clinic, without an active prescription, and unable to access the medication I rely on to manage daily life — all because CB1 advised me to discharge before they had fully confirmed acceptance.
My advice to others would be: do not discharge from your existing clinic until CB1 (or any clinic) has fully and formally accepted you and issued your prescription.
Unfortunately, my experience has been that I was told I qualified, given a prescription in consultation, asked to discharge elsewhere — and then refused — leaving me without medication and having to try to reinstate care with my previous provider.
Very disappointing and stressful experience.
Easy from sign up / review to clinician appointment and prescription, and generally helpful customer service. Still awaiting an answer to a query over product catalogue availability to see potential options and associated differences, which has not been forthcoming.
It seem that most people dont know what good medical marijuanas looks like (I would always recommend no irradiated and if it brown or black it gone off) (some one who been smoke dor over 9 year for fibromyalgia and never ending pain)
I found these people really helpful and the product turned up no problem
Was told by a Doctor I wouldn't qualify because it wasn't for myself who'd just had 3 parts of my Right Lung cut out to remove Cancer, problem probably being I'm a Recovering Addict of 28 years, but CB1 Medical made me welcome & helped me in every way possible. I like the Vaping angle as it helps with my attempt at stopping smoking Joints & I actually feel fresher than I have done in years. Had 1st Video Consultation with a Doctor who was very understanding to my Health issues & what could be helped by Weed, I had to pass over my Medical Files & there isn't no guys lying around smoking big joints because the liars at the daily fail forgot to say that you only qualify if you Vape it. You also have to abstain a day or 2 every couple of weeks or so. Huge lies made up about a great cause for the Medically desperate who cannot get proper help elsewhere unless you wanna break the law that is.

I was quite scared at first but the process was very straight forward. Everything was explained in detail. They listened to my symptoms and set a plan and made their prescription. They are very knowledgeable. So glad I went forward with alternative medication.

So far not great. Did the enquiry based on the website telling me "CB1 Medical is unique in being able to access your medical records instantly upon receiving your consent, so we can send a cannabis prescription to North Lanarkshire in days rather than weeks" ive found that cb1 medical are misinforming and possibly misselling the whole of scotland. They have this statement for all areas of scotland but received this reply "As you live in Scotland, we can't access your GP records directly through the NHS system" So cb1 cannot access my records i picked this service based on that statement. Ive replied to the email and so far silence. That statement goes against trading standards as they cannot view scottish records. If your scottish avoid.
