Ordered my CBD oil via priority mail on July 5th. I inquired about my package on the July 13th. The post office shipping was showing the label had been created but the package had not been received by the post office. They stated they would check the next day to see if the package moved and contact me back and neither of those things happened. I called them back on July 16th. They stated they could not recall the package but they were going to send out a new package. I received a tracking #. The tracking # says it has been stuck at a facility in California (where it shipped from to begin with) for 5 days now. Today is July 23 and I am still waiting on a package that was initially ordered on July 5th.

It’s been nearly two weeks since my “priority package” was shipped and I’m still not in receipt. When I emailed after a label was printed and went nowhere for 4 days,they gave me a story about how their shipping guy screwed up labels and to call in two days..magically, my item moved to the PO the following day but that was the 15th.
2-3 day shipping equals 17-18th. Today is the 22nd. Clearly not two day. Not shipped when indicated. Beginning to wonder if it’s actually CBD. Buy direct from manufacturer, save yourself a headache.

Just received my CBD Oil. Originally, I was concerned about a delay in my order. After contacting them, they let me know they too were experiencing a delay and because of it refunded my shipping and offered a complimentary product. I appreciate the extra effort and I got what I needed in time for my vacation. Thank you.

The order process was quick, informative and courteous on the representatives end. The product came on time and I am using it daily with good results for my golfers elbow.

Very hard to find their site on the internet. When I click on to the emails I get from them, error appears and I cannot get into their site. I see now they have changed their name, so hopefully it'll be easier. Product & delivery are a 4 star.
