On numerous occasions, I have ordered various strains of their cbd buds and their D8 infused buds and they have never let me down. Not to mention its easy on the wallet! My fav is the D8 smalls. Nice little nugs That get me where i want to be.

The new thc-o-ace is something to behold if youre in need of stronger relief. The 700mg/G oil from this order was amazing and extremely affordable. As well as the garlic og from last order. Great prices, potent product, fast turnover. Doesnt get better than that!

I was a first time Delta 8 purchaser from an online vendor and I am frugal so I was looking for deals. I found CBD hemp direct and another company and pulled the trigger on both. From the CBD hemp direct I got a 1/4 lb of small bud Delta 8 glue for a great value. It arrived a day early and was packaged inside 3 sealed bags and the USPS envelope. There was a notice to law enforcement that it is not delta 9 thc and many informative papers about effects, thc content, and how to read lab sheets from 3rd party testing labs. It smelled as it should, was the correct size (popcorn nugs) and tasted great. The effects were as potent as expected from Delta 8/CBD. Idk the particulars with all the negative reviews so I cannot comment on that. And I have not dealt with customer service so I can't comment on that. I can say that most companies hands are tied once they ship a product out so if it's a delivery issue give them a break. If it's something you need help with from a staff member don't be a jerk. State your claim calmly and professionally and watch how much smoother the often painful customer service experience can be. In all I'll definitely be ordering more Delta 8 from these guys again. I have been using CBD flower for a few months. I'm older now, but I used to be a pothead in my teens. I like CBD flower because it calms you and relaxes you without getting you high in any way whatsoever. The vape shops that I purchase CBD flower at are a little bit pricey, but good. I saw this CBD hemp direct site and thought I would give them a try. I ordered a special deal it was a 30 gram jar of sour space candy CBD flower. I received it and let me tell you I haven't smelled anything like that since my teen years. So I smoked a small bowl. And wow I really felt it, more than I ever have with the CBD flower I purchased at different vape shops. Then at night I smoked a big bowl of it and I was stoned out of my mind. High as heck. This CBD flower was supposed to have less than .119% delta 9 THC, but let me tell you, I think this stuff is just straight up weed. I'm not talking about a buzz, I'm talking stone as hell. Legit stoned. I'm not sure what to do with the rest of it because I done use CBD flower to get high, but I guess over an ounce for dance ass weed for under 30 bucks shipped is a pretty good deal so I can't really complain 🤣

The packaging was good. The buds SIZE was good. The smell was ... OK , SOMEWHAT STRONG! IN YOU CAN SMELL THE CUT OF THE DELTA 8 ?.. THE PERFORMANCE WAS NOT SO GOOD. I EVEN MIXED IT WITH SOME THC KIEF I HAD STORED JUST A HARDER PULL ON YOUR THROAT... PLS NOT FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS WEAK STOMACH THE SMELL OF THE CHEMICAL WILL TURN YOU

Don't order Delta 8 Moon Rocks I ordered 4, 7 gram jars 2 of them were dry. I won't order again because that shows me there is a inconsistency problem with the product. My money on 2 dry jars of Moon Rocks was refunded, but I couldn't replace what I had lost. And if ANYBODY IS READING THIS MOON ROCKS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE DRY INSIDE YOU SHOULD SEE WAX WHEN RIPPED OPEN!!!!!

Customer service sucks. If you have a problem get ready to deal with rude people. I paid for two day shipping had to wait for days and then they cancelled it because I said I was going to get my money back for the shipping. So if you have a problem get ready for sh*try service!

The product sucked . Paid nearly 30 dollars for some .99 gummies. Then to top it off I paid for express shipping “took a week” and that’s the second comment I saw like this . This company product doesn’t even measure up to expensive crap you have to buy at a store . I mean usually get a head change off some delta 8 , not with this company . More than likely some back woods fake n bake created a website and posted fake reviews . And I don’t even know why they wasted their time on that fake bag of frozen water because that didn’t even have moisture. I m still fuming good job loser.

I used to use them for pet CBD because the direct vendor shipping took too long. At first, good fast shipping and got what I ordered. Used them a few more times and stuff started happening. Waited a week for goods to ship but never did. Sent an email about it and they replied and stated it's going to ship in one day. Still didn't ship. So I waited 3-4 more days and emailed requesting my order be canceled. They canceled it and excuse after excuse as to why it never shipped. Making it seem like it's no big deal and I should just wait for it. Their not the vendor, blag blah blah. Very condescending attitude towards my inquiry too. I reorderd from them and unfortunately paid $9.99 for "faster" shipping and it will not get here any faster than if I used standard. Bizarre way to do business. Condescending to customers, lying about shipping times and making excuses as to why my order hasn't shipped. My dog is dying quick and I needed this for her to sleep comfortably. Total disappointment and back to the direct vendor as apparently they aren't one, so that's why things are late to ship(?)

I wish there was a 10 star spot to put this store in. CBD Hemp Direct is the best, always will be the best and I am a very well satisfied customer. Thank you so much for all that you do and please keep up the good work.
