This particular oil was recommended to me by a friend and I must say it was the best advice I’ve had for years. I have osteoarthritis and it had an almost instant effect, and so much so that I keep giving my bottles away and having to buy more! Easy to take and no bad taste 😀

Unfortunately was disappointed with the company. Had ordered some product. When arrived the expiry date was 3 days away. When I emailed to quiery this. I had no response to several emails.

The product that was delivered went out of date 4 months ago. Emailed and no reply. Sent a message through website and no reply. Used to use quite a few times but not any more

Ordered two disposable vapes. One arrived and didn’t work. Sent two messages via the website as this was the only route of communication and had no reply.

Still havent recived my vapes? Have emailed a few times for delivery updates? And it seems like they have no customer service! I’ve wrote to them over 6/7 times about not recieving the vapes I ordered and no reply!

I have not received my last order and have emailed or messaged three times now. Please sort it out. Sefvice and product great till now. Oder #74235.

The delivery was fast but the driver took an entire picture of me and my child and that was really upsetting! The product itself maybe is helping other people, but for me just huge migraine! I started with 2 drops in the morning and 2 in the evening! Every single time I had huge headache and no improvement whatsoever! I think depends on each person

Strange company. Sends orders out quick, but with poor packing. Vapes arrive damaged and they then don't reply to any messages at all. Quick way to lose customers as this was my 3rd order. Won't be buying again

Product helps but doesn't seem to last as long as it should. I assumed that 200 doses was 200 drops, so at 10 drops per day would last 20 days. It only lasts 15 days. I sent a message to ask about this but have not had a reply (15 days now)

Once again I've bought teeny-tiny bottles. It really isn't clear how little you get for your money

I was sent a knock off Orange County vape and when I wrote a complaint on their website it did not let me send & so I had to rewrite the whole complaint by email again annoyingly.At first they told me that they had sent the right one and that there was no mistake!Anyways I then send pictures of how it is obviously the wrong vape with wrong strength and puff amount and how even the packaging had stickers placed over original strength and quantities on the box but even after that I have not heard back since.What a waste of £11.99,really disappointed.The vape was terrible as well tasted like nothing and lasted about 20 puffs…

Got delivered faulty/damaged vape. Tried contacting through their website, sent email with pictures attached. Ten days later no responce. Read their rules that they do not refund on these things, but no apology or any other kind of responce recieved. Ten days
