Product that works and great customer service
Before this product our vet stated that our Family Pet needed to have a certain number of seizures to be treated. I found this product and have been using this for 3 years and it works!! When I needed to change her subscription to every other month, they were closed for the day. They called me back and let me know that is not a problem. They have great customer service. I love this group and product!

Jennifer saved me as a customer.
When my first shipment did not come and after 17 days USPS did not show it being delivered to or picked up by them I tried to contact the company via an email. After no reply to that I tried the online chat which also did not result in a reply or any action. Finally I called on the phone and talked to Jennifer. Within a few minutes Jennifer had my information confirmed and issued a replacement shipment which arrived yesterday. Jennifer deserves 5 stars. Without her this would be a 1 star review. Because of her, I will probably continue to order from this company.
