Ordering was easy and straight forward. Delivery was on time.i dont know why all bad reviews. I've had no problems with these guys and there products are good , i use for pain relief and can actually feel the muscles around my spine relaxing, ,doesn't stop the pain but it does stop all the spasms which are debilitating. Thanks guys.

Would give 0 if I could. Ordered on the 11/12/25 and my order was apparently lost. Still to this day 7th January I still haven't recieved my refund. They left me all over xmas with nothing. This is the 3rd time ive had bad issues with them. This being the worse. I like there goods sometimes you see that why I keep trying and go back. Well not no more. If I dont recieve a refund I'll be going to trading standards. You are out of order...

Easy to order and delivery was fast but product had no affect. ordered thcp gummies.
Tried 1 and felt nothing.
Tried 2 and felt nothing.
I didn’t hold out much hope these would be any good as never had gummies before but did hope I’d feel something.
Is it that gummies in the uk aren’t going to work.

Don’t even want to give this place a 1 star after giving it 5 Propper scam please people genuinely here do not order from here atall you’ll revive your first parcel no issues after that they will scam you unlucky for them I’m a data guy luckily I have there adress and will be going to the police over this

I purchased 100g of HHC shake (supposedly 20% HHC) and 2 × 100g THCP shake (supposedly 20% THCP) - for £227.00 - only to discover that these products have zero psychoactive effect - either by smoking - infusion or extraction - and from my limited experience with these products - they also have a negative impact on respiratory function - but no notable psychoactive effect from any of these methods of application - even in very high doses - leading me to conclude that this company are knowingly selling CBD as HHC and THCP - for some reason best known to themselves.

I received no response to my email which informed the company of my complete dissatisfaction with their products - and my product review on their site - outlining the above was not published.

There are genuine companies selling genuine HHC and THCP products - but unfortunately - in my experience - Paradise CBD are not one of them.

Avoid.

Still to receive my items, placed an order on Tuesday & was expecting it by Friday. On the Wednesday I ordered again and paid for next day delivery. Its now Friday at 4pm and they haven't even shipped my items yet. Emailed them on Thursday and received a reply saying they have staff off sick, all outstanding orders will be shipped for the weekend. That's clearly not happening.
Will give them the benefit of doubt and wait until Monday but this is starting to feel like I've been scammed.

Spent 180£ and they don't send anything and don't answer the emails. Scam site. Don't buy anything on the webshop because you wil lose your money💰. 🤬🤬🤬

i order 2 times, the first order arrived but they did not bother to send the second order. They never bother reply to my mail.....

Ordered 2 hhc liquids. Was sent two thcc liquids in place which were weak and did nothing. The juice itself is too thick and doesn’t smoke great. Ive even bought a low wattage ceramic coil vape as per instructions and still nothing. Personally I wouldn’t bother using this company. Literally might as well throw your money in the bin

Got the girl scout cookies hhc and it smells of pure lavender lots of broken stem and seeds very disappointed most definitely is not pure hhc better going abroad and bringing the real stuff home they are an absolute scam

I would give 0 if it were possible. Totally scammed out of £166.69 spent on the 12th December. Received an automated email to say notification of items not received. Then today, 03/01/25, an email stating "they are not dealing with courier complaints at this time"

I've used this company twice and ordered 6 hhc refills which arrived no problem and very happy with the product.
My 2nd purchase I received no confirmation email but payment was taken. I emailed them regarding this and as they state my email was responded to within 24hrs. They acknowledged the payment and then I received confirmation and then a few days later the product.

I'm surprised to read such terrible reviews. I would recommend this company based on my purchases cannot speak for any other products but do recommend the hhc refills and I will definitely order again.

Worse product I've ever wasted money on . brought 3 different flavours and none has taste or smell.and does nothink at all. Stay well away from this company and save your money

The product never arrived, I received proof of this from Royal Mail, where they confirmed it had been returned to the sender. They would not re-issue the products to me, nor issue me a refund. Genuinely did not care at all, I am unsure if it is even a real company

Poor product.

I ordered 30 grams for their Delta 8 blueberry shake - it's bone dry, brown, smells stale`, and has little to no noticeable effect whatsoever. I've tried it with my Tinymight 2 dry-herb vape, tried smoking it, and infusing it in MCT / coconut oil - nothing. This is after me taking a 2 week tolerance break.

Not going to torder anything from here again, might as well try smoking broccoli.

Im suprised some people have had problems with orders.
We have used them 10 times at least, and have had no problems at all 🤷
