I have been taking the 1500mg capsules…
I have been taking the 1500mg capsules for 3 weeks and I genuinely feel less pain in my lower back. In fact, it’s almost gone and I have been in agony with this since November 24.
In addition, I am much more relaxed and less anxious and worried.
I will continue taking this CBD capsule and will update you with any further improvements.

Helps my sleep
I am having trouble sleeping as I'm recently bereaved. I bought the CBD Gummies that have 10mg of CBD per gummy. The apple and lemon flavour is nice. I tried two one night and one another night. I think one gummy per night is enough for me. It does seem to be helping me to sleep more deeply and have a better quality of sleep, which I really need.
