Ordered some gummies that were on sale when they arrived i was missing one. To make up for it they sent me the missing one and an extra!! can’t complain there great customer service and good products.

Won’t answer emails, won’t answer questions about products.

I purchased a bag of sour punch mini bites with delta 8 500mg figuring that if I cut them into 25mg portions that it will give me a good 20 days of fixing anxiety flare ups. These are not delta 8 as labeled. If they are, the mg is incorrectly much lower than stated. It actually looks like they just bought cbd gummy packages and put a delta 8 sticker on them. When my anxiety hits, I take 1x 25mg delta 8 gumdrop from a company I usually shop at. Within an hour my anxiety is gone and for the next 6 - 8 hrs I am happy and anxiety free. I took half of one of these gummy's (equiv of 25mg) and nothing. I actually had to take 2 full gummies (100 mg) just to feel something. That something was just an edginess to add to my anxiety which tells me this is just cbd and not delta 8. I gave this company the benefit of a doubt to rectify this purchase. The response i received from the owner was "So sorry about the inadequate experience. We will report this to our supplier and will be noted for future batches. Customer service is our number one priority. Also keep in mind delta 8 is half as strong as delta 9." I never stated anything about delta 9, no rectification on a refund, no offer to make it right, just nothing. IMO very poor customer service and a very poor product. This place won't last long.

Great company, they have the best customer service, I have bought from them twice and the CBD is great. Haven't tried the THC products yet but their competitive pricing and great products are always a bomb.
