Kris and Issac was fantastic people. Most down to earth nice guys ive come across in a while when it comes to giving things you want to tell. I would highly recommend to others who are new to reselling to sell some stock to them as they will look out for you. Don’t bother ordering anything
Would rate 0 star but option isn’t there. Ordered a gold belcher a week ago had no correspondence other than constantly phoning customer service, finally get through to them for them to say they are chasing it to then say they’ve already sold it and that they need to refund the money a week later. Funny how they can take the money straight away but don’t update you on anything at all, absolute joke of a company avoid at all costs

I’m sorry but this is the worst company i’ve delt with, your customer service is appalling, you told me to email about my order & received no contact, i’ve called the customer support and ur staff was rude and put phone down , wasn’t even bothered about my issue! i order something for my holiday expecting it to be here within the 3-5 working days, had no confirmation or even a tracking number , no one contacted back it’s like speaking to a brick wall! so had to go to my bank and put a charge back to my card because you don’t wanna sort anything! don’t waste ur time ! seek elsewhere been over a week and had nothing

Submitted to sell an item online. Waited 3 weeks for a response. Then sent the item as specified, recorded delivery with proof it was delivered. After 7 weeks (with chasing every week) was told it was lost, then magically within a few days, it was located but was told it was being sent back, due to "not agreeing a price". Not once did the team contact us to even discuss or agree a price. If we didn't chase, I can assume they would have kept the item and never contacted us to arrange the sell. Shocking service, would definitely not recommend or trust.
