Damn!

Damn!! How do you get ahold of these people????? What do they expect customers to do?? I haven't even received my order yet! Anyway, I still haven't been able to contact these people at all. Has anybody shopped with these people before??? unbelievable!! unbelievable!!

Item ordered was a virgin hair, water wave, ear to ear lace front wig, I recieved a wig that was plastic hair material without a lace front. I can't use this product and don't know what now to do with it. Is this item returnable and if so how do I start the process?
