Dont trust the payment method
I’m very happy with the service but its impossible to pay another year renewal. They send you into visa payments that are not a unique payment. Insted you must allow a subscription for unknown price and longtime. If you choose the Bank Sepa they ask you your ID and your photo wich is ilegal. They have became into Scamers!

2- Payment options: The payment process you experienced is standard for secure online transactions. We don't set up subscriptions or recurring payments of any kind.
3- ID verification: The request for ID and photo during the SEPA payment process is a security measure implemented by our payment processor, not by us directly. This helps protect both you and us from fraudulent transactions or misuse of payment details.
We understand privacy concerns, but please be assured this is a standard security practice in online banking.

Been a customer for for a number of years and service in the main has been good.
I was then offered a lifetime subscription for a one off payment which I jumped at.
Since then service is terrible to the point now the feeds cannot be used and I’ve had to purchase a new service.

Fake "30 day guarantee" - refusing to pay up!
Not happy with the IPTV provider, which is most definitely below par. After just a few days of using the service, I realised it was not what I expected from the advertising and website. I decided to make use of the "30 day guarantee" that they promise, but just got a reply stating that there was no basis for a refund, and refused to give me back my money,
There are FAR better providers out there. Give this bunch of scammers a miss!
Note: They claim to have 5 stars and a score of 8.9 on Trustpilot - but check this - it's actually 2 stars, and a score of 1.9!

Be careful and don´t waste money
be careful before you pay money and more if you want german, austrian or swiss TV. The most of the promised channels are not working. The playlist will be not updated and you have black screen with turning watch, The customer service is useless. After opening a ticket they will always close it without action. I opened several tickets with the same result.

Don't waste your money to buy their subscription. I opened a ticket about the channel. But they sent me the message in Spanish 🤬. Ridiculous and a scam. Not even 0.0001% is helpful to the customer.
