Terrible company, order everything through other eBay shops
Despite the assurances of the company that they sent their own goods out, they send their goods out via eBay sellers. My order was wrong also, the colours I was sent were not those I ordered. I ordered two sets of towels, in yellow and black, and was sent peach and black. When I contacted the rep I used and she challenged the issues on the chat she was accused of being rude. Would not use again! Only positive is they managed to get a four letter name correct on a personalised sweet jar.
Yes Royal Mail was used instead of a courier, however both packages had eBay sellers (with very different names to this company) listed as the sender. Going by the company reply it’s clear they can’t even own up to their shortfalls.
