The food has low quality. Poor service. The manager has no service mind and lied in front my face, saying that she’s not aware of the food quality issues, while her staff said that the manager has been informed. Not recommended!
Very bad experience. Very rude waiter. The food was bad, the service was worse. We will never come back and will not recommend anyone to go there. We ordered 2 main dishes and 2 of them were very salty that we couldnt even eat so we returned one of them just to be fare but even we returned since we ordered we have to pay.
Don’t waste time or money there.
Ordered a menu the day before but when I arrived they looked confused and had not started my order. I showed understanding right until they refused to pay me my money back as I didn’t had the time to wait. Also I had loss interest of ever eating there again as only 50 cm from the raw sushi materials there was an employee busy cleaning her teeth with a tooth stick in between preparing nigiri
I think I demanded my money back 10 times and the reply was
:are you sure you can’t wait. it is such a hassle for us returning your money’
