We bought a CCTV kit just less than a year ago but we got locked out of the log-in system. Phoned CCTV Wholesale for help and a very nice man, who called himself 'PJ', spent a couple of hours going through the process of getting back in, a new password and he also had a look around to check everything was working properly. We cannot thank PJ enough; he was very patient (we aren't tech savvy) and thoroughly helpful. Thanks PJ!

Bought a Hikvision compatiable pTZ with auto tracking for just £132 including vat and it even has speaker and microphone so i can talk back to intruder and say " get off me land". Amazing stuff. it was a doddle to setup , just plugged it in and oicture came up on my Hikvision NVR.

Aim also going to leave a review every time I buy from this company, I have been buy from this company for 11 years and they have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. Today i has a NVR which wasn’t bought form them but they sorted the fault out and replaced the hard drive - no extra charged and they also cleared the password. You get that service for loyalty

I am a trader and installer of CCTV systems and spends thousands of pounds a year on equipment and was seeking a new supplier. I had several hundred pounds of items in my basket immediately prior to purchase I asked a simple question regarding which bracket would be appropriate and I was shocked to receive a very sarcastic response. I have posted a screenshot of the transcript on their Facebook page. They maybe slightly cheaper than others but if they can be that rude to a new customer it does not bode well for ongoing customer support and service so I'd rather go elsewhere. My advice is to avoid.

I had bought the cctv in this place. And the technician that in charge setup things real quick. I'm satisfied with the price and service :)
