Quality not consistent

I have been buying 10 cartons at a tome since June 2024.The products I received in June and August were first class and I would give a five star for it.However the one I received in October was not of the same quality.It had a shorter filter than the ones before and the tobacco was harsh.I have oredered another 10 cartons is December and am hoping I get the same quality that I got in June and Aug.
