Ho comprato una chiave l’altro giorno e non sono riuscita ad utilizzare Microsoft Office perché mi dava errori nell’installazione e non posso reinstallare Office perché mi dice che la chiave è già stata attivata. Ho dovuto quindi attivare un abbonamento originale Office e ho chiesto il rimborso per la chiave non utilizzata a cd keys online. Loro mi hanno negato il rimborso di 15 euro dicendo che dal loro punto di vista va tutto bene. Sono molto affranto e non ritengo professionale un certo comportamento

I bought a product key the other day, but I wasn't able to use Microsoft Office because I kept getting errors during installation. Now, I can't even try to reinstall it because it says the key has already been activated.
As a result, I had to purchase a genuine Office subscription instead. I requested a refund for the unused key from CD Keys Online, but they denied my €15 refund, claiming that everything looks fine from their end. I am very upset, and I find this behavior highly unprofessional.

absoloutley perfect ran very smoothly took me about 30 seconds to get the key when purchasing and it worked as expected. Great website for amazing prices

Sending Xbox subscription codes that are not the correct length !!! Avoid at all cost, awful support service, keep going round in circles, it’s simple the code they send is 24 characters long but needs to be 25 characters to enter, vey poor wish I had paid Xbox full price, used CD keys for years never had a problem, definitely avoid ever using them again

Buy on 10.02.2026 a CD key for PlayStation plus premium and key is expired. Is belong to account banned on PlayStation. Try to get in touch with them but support is rubbish. Don't recommend them at all.

I ordered from them and still to receive my key (a whole day waiting so far). I was flagged for anti money laundering???

I appreciate they have checks to do, but seriously, how slow? A sloth would be quicker getting it done.

So me and my partner have bought many of these keys for Xbox live over the years however today's one was expired, they sent us a dud, we reached out to them , they asked for a screen shot of the error , and we have radio silence. We haven't bought any other Xbox live till we have this sorted so no online gaming today, and what's the point in getting another expired code . So cdjkeys have robbed us for £13.29 and won't give us a refund or a new code it's disgusting, don't ever buy a thing from them again, they are also trying to re brand themselves as loaded , what a load of SCAMMERS.

Bought a key that didn't work. Customer service non existent

I purchased an Office license. I haven't received it. I suspect that this is a fraudulent site.
Even if the site is legitimate, I would not recommend its services. I paid for something I did not receive. I contacted support and have not received a response. It has been more than 10 days. The license should have been sent immediately via email (as indicated in the order).
Let this serve as a warning to others.

It was advertised via Google (CD keys) for a digital autokey for Assassins Creed Shadows. This was advertised online as works in GB.
I then collect the code via email and code does not work and on email had (AR) next to code.
I have constantly emailed customer services for a refund, as this was advertised as a digital key for GB and not my error that a code for US was sent. Sent then several screenshots of error code and still they have not refunded my money. I will be putting this in as a payment dispute with my bank and contact the financial ombudsman to investigate your trading standards, as you should not mis-advertise and sell a product and then refuse to refund on the premise of this. You have also lost a customer and I advise people in UK to be very careful in buying from this site in future as they are not transparent in providing refunds even when been mis sold product and have proof of this! Avoid at all costs! I will be having this investigated on principle of the matter!

I bought a PS Plus key. I never received the email with the key. After a month, I still haven't received a refund for the product I never received. And after sending numerous emails, they haven't resolved the issue.

My code was used or glitched and I’ve been on live support for nearly a week and it is still yet to be fixed, they claim I’ve already redeemed it when I 100% haven’t
