The Retail key I was sent for Win 11 Pro was already used. The website contact form gives an error if you try to contact them. The chatbot promises help but doesn't.
No support after 24hrs.
A new key was sent after a few days after emailing them.
Long story short: Beware and don't expect fast service.
I paid for windows and office keys. I never received tham!

I bought an Office key on this site and had a very poor experience. After taking my money they sent me a link to download a dodgy version of Office from their site... except the site didn't even work. I had to use their .nl page instead. Then after following the installation instructions I got an activation error. Their FAQ page was unhelpful, so I tried contacting them though their help page... and that didn't work either! I had to use their .nl page for this as well.
Yet to be determined whether they can resolve the error, but it's apparent that they are selling pirated copies of software, and put absolutely zero effort into maintaining the UK version of their site.
