Graham 710780 was brilliant throughout the process. Very impressed with CDA having inhertited the goods in the house sale and finding the repairs top notch. This has created a very positive impression of the company. I expected to be pushed towards new purchases but Graham ensured no corners were cut during the repairs. Great experience.

Absolutely useless service and…

Absolutely useless service and equipment from CDA. Avoid at all costs and buy a decent brand.

We had a coffee machine from them last year, within a couple of months it didn’t work properly and leaked water all down the front.

An engineer attended in March and told us we needed a new part. Now June, and still no new part and useless machine. We were contacted a couple of weeks ago to be told they’d sourced the door, but it was damaged, so they could fit that while they waited for a new door. I have not accepted that, as I’d need to spend another morning at home waiting for an engineer.

You would think, by this point they would have just supplied us with a new machine that wasn’t faulty!

Exceptional service from Darren the Engineer

I have to point out that CDA is lucky to have Darren as their engineer. Friendly , efficient and always reliable. We've had Darren out a couple times to fix our CDA products and he's a local hero! Thanks again

Excellent service

CDA have sent an engineer out to repair my oven even though it was just out of the two year warranty. Excellent customer service.
John did a superb job and my oven is working again.
Very pleased with the company and staff.

Andrew from CDA

Today an Andrew from CDA attended and worked on my inbuilt microwave. It hadn’t worked properly since instillation. I was convinced I was operating it incorrectly!
I finally rang CDA and explained the problem I was encountering.
Andrew quickly and professionally solved the problem, it wasn’t me, it was the “capacitor.”
Andrew was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and treated my property with respect.
I was very impressed.

I dont think it is a good company to…

I dont think it is a good company to purchase their stff and pay an insurance with no result.
They promise to come and see after my stove hub and microwave and no one show up for about 3 months
