Recently (talking about July-2017) cdkeyhouse, is being really slow, not responsive, and careless.
I tried to reach them so many times, they are always offline and they never reply to the tickets.
I ordered and its been 2 days and still didnt receive the key , i just want a refund now .. i hate the game already !

I submit a verification ticket ,It's been a week now，received nothing from them except the automated emails.customer service always has not been online , so can someone tell me how to get a refund? LOL ,btw,I also bought a game on this site，but they gave me another key of the game，and no reply to my ticket also. haha

Usually have no issue with CDKeyHouse, every other key has worked.

Purchased Windows 10 pro key from them, it was already used. made a ticket, after a few days, they sent me another. which also was used, I replied to the ticket that explaining that it was used and sent them photo evidence. I get asked twice for the photo evidence btw. I have been waiting for about month for a reply. I will not purchase another key from them, until my this issue has been fixed.

Ive bought quite a few keys from CDKeyHouse, and verification takes a minute, maybe two, and then the cd key pops up on screen. I enter it and im downloading. Some reviews state they never received a key, or it was sent late. That is definitely not the case with my purchases. Once bought (unless pre-order) you are instantly shown your cd key and an email copy gets sent as well. You can always find your past cd key purchases within your profile. This way you never lose track of them. Many times, they beat the competition on pricing, or are the same. This is my first stop for every online game purchase.

Purchased 2 keys from here, the first one was delivered 6 hours late and the second one was never delivered. Pretty ridiculous since they claim to have automatic delivery.
On top of that, their 'customer support' is awful and never reply to you aside from the automated emails.

Save your money, don't bother with this site.

First time purchase. Easy as pie.

Had to wait for a very long time to recieve my CD key. I even contacted support but got no answer. When I finally got the key I a got an apology. Better then nothing I guess. Thumbs up for good prices tho.

Paid the money. They asked me to do ID verification. Did what they asked. Received nothing from them except the automated emails. Wrote them several emails. Waited for a week. Waited for their live customer service to be online. They are never online. No live people really behind the automated system, it is clearly a fishing website for me. 40 dollars gone.

This place is awesome. I have been coming to CDKeyHouse for quite some time and they still continue to never let me down, best prices NA for some keys, reliable! ;D Not like those key pawn sites lol. >_> I agree with the last guy, A+ Service, Prices, and support, minus like... "0.4" for the sketchy website, but it's gotten a lot better!

Good value for the games, but it did take a little while for me to get my code. All in all, I would strongly recommend it!

Best deals on the internet. Bought my fair share of games from this site and all have been cheap, safe transactions and haven't had an issue to date. Highly recommend to any and everyone! The absolute best!

I have been buying CD keys off these guys for over 4yrs now and I wont go anywhere else, with game fixes for other language games , extremely fast key delivery and good customer service I rate these guys highly :)

No contact info, owner of that page is totally anonymouse. That seems very odd. Even on the invoice is no info at all. That should be against paypal terms.

This is my third time buying from this site, my last order was Battlefield 1, I ordered yesterday the game, they say in the description that they will send the Cd key 24H before the release date, they sent it to me 48H before the release date, never had problems with them. Cd keys always arrived on and sometimes before time!

I have bought about 10 keys here on this site, absolutely every time everything was in order.
Just keep going like that & give us a bit better rewards it will be worty both for company & other costumers.

I bought a game (The Settlers 7) a few years back as a direct download, all worked fine. A year goes by and I had to F-disk my hard drive and wanted to reinstall the game I bought and paid for. Unfortunately they would not allow me to do so, I forget about it until now when I went to play the game that I had already BOUGHT AND PAID FOR; here comes the fun part! They tell me that after 4 years the game is no longer owned by me, even though I have PAID FOR IT. Needless to say when you BUY a game from these crooks you are more of RENTING it. Now does that seem like an honest business practice to anyone else??? If they would say that on the purchase screen that is one thing, but apparently when you buy from them it is not a matter of owning the item for which you paid. Let me note that this is not a time access kind of game, ipso facto a statute of limitations is ridiculous. They still have the game available but do not seem to care about customer service.

Needless to say I will NEVER use CDKeyHouse again and will actively discourage others from their shoddy business practices.

An Online CD Key store that you can trust

I bought 'VIP Random keys' which i was told were randomly dished out by an algorithm so getting the same game twice is "99% impossible" i got 2 keys and guess what, same game, a key worth only £1.50 and apparently they sell this service normally for a price of $50.90!!!!!

I took a closer look at there reviews for this service and they were all 5 star about 8 months ago..so i posted my own and waited 24 hour and it still didnt show my review so i contacted customer support and they said there was a problem but my review will be up soon. i check a few hours later and there is a new review up it was posted 2 hours ago and its another 5 star and this customer apparently receiver a cd key for a game that isn't been released yet anywhere in the world, you cant buy a key for it yet and you cant even pre order it on steam yet, so where is my review? or do they just post reviews on mysterious customers that some how get there hands on impossible to get cd keys ?? Its a straight up scam.

Steam yea you get your games instantly but for an overwhelming price drop you can get them here and it literally only takes a few minutes for your cd key to appear. Bought three games so far and will definitley be buying more as they are trustworthy, cheap and all round a good site. Whereas steam as ridiculous prices e.g Steam Modern Warfare 3- $99.95 CD Key House Modern Warfare 3- $7.99.

After submitting a ticket for a key that didn't work, I received my first response from customer service within a few hours. I responded back immediately with the necessary information and had to wait 2 days before the second response from customer service. I am still waiting for the third response and it has been over a day already.

It has been a total 5 days since my purchase and I still don't have a working key. I just went ahead and bought a legitimate key from the publisher and will no longer be recommending or buying anything from CD Key House.

Save yourself the trouble and just buy from the publisher.
