Really awful! Cdn does not do anything and moreover, I have tried to contact them many times ...but no one responds.

We set up everything. As in updated our URLs to point to CDNify. However on loading one of these files, CDNify just redirects people to our server. Kind of misses the point really.

We've been emailing them for over a week now. We've received zero response. We also used their support form as well as email.

I think they've gone out of business based on this. They really shouldn't be taking orders!!! The website should get updated immediately!

With zero response a refund seems unlikely.

I had the service for literally 20 minutes to try it out before emailing the company to terminate my account.

I was confused and received no value from them. When I asked for the refund, they said they couldnt because it was in there TOS.

Just because something is in your terms doesnt mean that the customer is not king. If you provided no services, they shouldnt have to pay.

Additionally, their home page's initial load time was 3.47 seconds. LOL what a joke...

This is one of the best CDN services ever. I was on their Double Micro plan and the 300GB for $10 is really a sweet deal.

Been using CDNify for 10 months now and am happy to give them an unreserved recommendation. Initially, I was unsure whether a company I'd never heard of could prove a match for the likes of MaxCDN, but there's no question about the verdict. CDNify is a CDN you can count on and it comes at an exceptionally good price. Most of my client sites have low traffic volume, so CDN's policy of not charging an extra fee for each separate domain in my account is a massive cost-saver.

The only slight hiccup I've had was in setting things up at the very beginning as I wasn't using WP Total Cache and didn't wish to - and the instructions focused on WT3. In fact, the getting started section made setup sound far more complicated than it actually is, which made the learning curve bumpier than I would've liked. But once I sussed it - thanks to the email support I got - it's become a 10-second job to add CDN to every WordPress site I build.

If you're looking for a reliable, well-supported CDN service at an exceptionally good price, you won't find a better choice than CDNify.

Very impressed with CDNify tech support. They were very helpful aboud setting up SSL on our cdn and even provided and installed the certs for a very small fee.

Seem like good folks and a worthy product, but I had significant issues at checkout and couldn't reach support at all (even though it was during UK business hours). Had to find a different service.

It did turn out that one of my many attempts to sign up did succeed unbeknownst to me (all my attempts threw error messages). They did refund my money.

CDNify seem to make everything quick and painless when setting up a content delivery network. I have recently used them with a client of mine and can say I am extremely impressed with their services.

The minimal dashboard allows you to do what you need rapidly. However, there were instances we needed to use support for setting up an SSL certificate. Jamie helped us make the process quick and easy and set-up our custom certificate within a day from confirmation our end. He promptly replied to further queries in satisfying detail and offered useful suggestions for us going forwards.

Whilst we are new customers to CDNify, based on my experience so far I would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable yet quality option, especially if you are looking to use HTTPS/SSL with your CDN - offered free of charge (or a small one off fee for one from them -- what we did).

You will not be disappointed!

very reasonable at $10 month, speedy CDN delivery despite being based in Australia. Support was also good.

Great easy to set-up CDN - genuinely can be running in minutes. Have now used on both a Drupal and a bespoke PHP project and set-up and management has been a breeze.

The one time I needed to reach out to support the responses were prompt, courteous and really useful. Highly recommend.

The main feature of CDNify completely fails to function. I have to wonder if the other reviews are paid...

In most of the world the CDNify DNS is broken and the site doesn't serve anything. This includes locations in the USA. How an oversight this bad could slip by in a finished product is beyond me.

A simple way to check is this:
Go to geopeeker.com and test how your CDN URLs look from around the world. You'll find that most of the time all CDNify URLs will return 404 or 403 errors.

This is horrible, and completely useless as a CDN.

CDNify helps make your site VERY fast. Great service and really friendly support.

I was looking for a cdn service to serve static files to my web pages and speed up web page delivery. All the noise was supporting Amazon. Then I came across cdnify, almost like I found them by accident. Because I am in the UK I was swayed to go with them, even though they are probably more expensive. Once inside the dashboard was really super simple. It is such a user friendly service with great customer service. You can be up and running with minutes.

I signed up for cdnify a while ago but never got around to setting it up properly - and when I did, I ran into a couple of problems due to some complex redirects I had set up on my website.

When I requested some support and help from cdnify, Jamie from their support team was brilliant - going absolutely above and beyond the level of help I would have expected. He spent so much time helping me in getting to the bottom of the issue and was always super friendly and helpful throughout. :)

Only using this product for six months. It is great value for money and make a difference in load times of my websites. My visitors are much happier now too.

I had one problem which turned out to be my firewall on my server, but Jamie took it step by step and together we sorted it, Great support when I needed it but once setup it just runs and runs. Nice product lads!

Had difficulties installing the cdn with ssl certificate at others but they walked me through from A to Z. They are extremely friendly and patient. To put the cherry on the cake their prices are friendly as well. So a thumbs up on all areas!

The staff at CDNify are respectful, friendly and prompt. The pricing is also great. However, in my opinion, they engage in extremely shady business practices. I came across CDNify recently when I was investigating alternatives for content distribution on my site. During my discovery process, I looked at 5 different options, CDNify being one of them. In order to determine if a particular provider would be a good fit, I needed to sign up for an account from each provider to determine if it would fit my needs. I signed up for an account with CDNify, quickly did a small amount of testing, determined that it will not be a fit for my needs, and then proceeded to ask for a refund. They refused multiple times. Evidently, it's hidden in their TOS that they "do not issue refunds." How else am I supposed to determine if their services will work for what I'm trying to do? All CDNs are NOT created equally! Every other CDN provider I tested/experimented with either offered a refund or offered a free way for me to test out their product. I purchased the 150GB plan and literally used 20mb - all I wanted was a refund for the 99.9999% of the plan that is unused. I realize that the amount of money in question is fairly trivial, but it's the principal of the issue that really bothers me. I will never do business with CDNify again as I cannot trust them to do the right thing.

The service offered by CDNify is of very good quality, with an excellent control panel, that is simple yet powerful and looks visualy appealing.

Ran into some trouble installing a Multi Domain SSL for our setup and the support I received was great and they really went out their way to fix my problem.

I decided to post this review to thank Jamie@CDNify for his great customer service and also appreciate the whole experience with their service. It was very easy to set up the account and their service works really well. I compared their server response time to some other provider and there was a noticeable difference in favor of CDNify. Also the customer support is top notch. They reply quickly and they take time to give you a reply you would expect.
I have been using their service for just a few days but so far so good!
