I have order 3 things and got 2 of them . I don’t get my massage machine but I have paid around 500 Kr. For that machine I paid last year and stil don’t get anything or hear nothing from Cdon or did not get my money back either.

Very good service despite all the negative reviews. Product come very fast, living in Denmark, and it was a problem with my address being wrong but the next day I get the package and I can say that the quality it's not the best but looking at the prices, we should expect less quality.
My experience with customer service was very pleasant because they help me, via email because there is no phone number, but like I said the next day my package was delivered.

Annoying to buy from CDON
Delivery time 3 weeks. One order, but sent in two packets on the same day. Pick-up shop in the other end of the county. Homepage sends you round an round in circles when you try to contact CDON. Annoying to buy from them.
