My package did not arrive, even though you sent me a mail that it had arrived! I complained (in Danish), no answer! Then I complained in English and you sent a mail informing me to pick up the package, but no information where to pick it up! Again I complained and HUY came back to me, just in time, with an address where to pick it up. Very stressy and complicated purchase experience.

I bought an Inspirit Dreams Spa on Cdon which was reduced to DKK 35,000, 10 days after I had been notified that it had been shipped it had not arrived, and I see that it has now dropped further to DKK 25,000 on Cdon. I contact them, and after 1½ hours I get through to someone who can't help other than he can see it hasn't been sent yet. I ask if they want to cancel the order or price match so that if they don't I can buy it again. He says they would like that. Now on Monday I get an email saying that they don't want to and that they don't know if they can cancel the "order" before it is sent, otherwise it will cost a large return amount. Although I have asked them by email to cancel the order if they do not want to adjust the price. And I have not received any tracking number or similar. so I can call the shipping company and ask them to cancel the shipment.

Shopping experience was good. But delivery was late for me.. more than a week, still waiting for product and to contact them is also not easy.

No status change since last 5 days.

Return policy is not clear and not easy to get in touch with support. You have to pay for your return, sice it's Sweden you have to pay a high amount for return.

Won't recommend this site if you might have to return your purchase.

Do not buy anything from CDON. It is either a scam franchise or highly unorganized. Very long delivery time, wrong item delivered (not according to discription) and using every trick in the book obstruck refund. Money lost!

Fast and reliable

Extremely bad shipping time. Ordered on the 4th june 2023 and still hasnt arrived 11th june 2023. That is more than a week from warehouse in neighbouring EU country.

Still haven't received my package but we agreed on a time and o have trust cause my friend bought from cdon

its 10 days after i order my items and still dont get nothing....

Still waiting on any information regarding my order. It’s been over a week and nothing has been shipped yet. Disappointed, would not order again from this website. If you don’t have items in stock then don’t sell them.
