useless company , no one answer phone, only get recorded message . dont send out the magazines , just get an empty envelope!
Avoid !!!

I’m trying to cancel a subscription to a magazine but i get no response from the company and they continue to take money from my account and send the magazines.

I'm simply trying to contact this company to ask them not to keep sending me unsolicited magazines. They are based in Market Harborough, Leics, but their telephone number is just a recorded message telling you there's no-one to answer your calls. Good luck to anyone trying to resolve any problems.

CDS issued an incorrect cheque for an energy supply company in administration which they were handling payments for, with which I had a credit balance.

I received no reply to my e-mails telling them the cheque was for an incorrect amount, nor a refund of the full amount of the credit balance.

As the company which had taken over the failed energy supply company had agreed to refund all domestic customers with credit balances in full there was no valid reason for not reimbursing the full amount.
