Poor delivery service, ineffective order management, no tracking, and inadequate support.
In July, I ordered Time Magazine from magazine.co.uk, expecting to receive the first print issue in 4 to 8 weeks. So I waited but got no notifications or magazines. For assistance, I was directed to CDS Global. They responded, found my order, and sent one package containing the previous three editions. Following that, I did not receive any packages or notifications. I emailed them again, and their response was that "they are all despatched at the correct time," and since none of the packages were returned, it is assumed to have been delivered.
I requested proof of dispatch, and they responded that "all issues are sent via local delivery services," so they do not have any tracking or proof of dispatch. So I paid for 24 editions, but only received three.
After that, I received no response to my emails. This is one of the worst delivery services I've encountered.
