After ordering on Feb 14th, 2024, I have finally received my CDs. In the meantime dead silence that made me file a fraud case with my credit card company. Luckily no scam in the end, but their communication surely has "room for improvement"...

Ordered and paid for a cd on 28th January, nothing yet. Emailed them twice but like everyone else on here, no reply. Bad communication, no idea if I will get my product.

Pre order never arrived,I've send 5 emails a day for the last 3 weeks...no response whatsoever and my order is unfulfilled on the website.
I requested a refund or even some response but nothing...blank!!!!

Ordered two albums and payed apx 70USD and that was that, NOTHING DELIVERED. Stay away from this site. No communication, no item, no answers,STAY AWAY!

Pre-order an item with 2 other in-stock items. The pre-order item should be released on 31 Jan but 1 week after still hear no dispatch message. I e-mail many times and still no response.

I recently bought 7 CDs in this webshop and paid immediately. After paying the money (87 euros) I received a confirmation of this order.

After 3 weeks of silence, I contacted the seller to ask when I could expect the order. Unfortunately I did not receive an answer to this. Meanwhile, 6 weeks have passed and I have contacted them another 3 times and asked for a refund in case delivery cannot be made, but no response! So I also fear that I will lose my money unless they wake up and sort this out. (order 9906 from 21/12/2023)

My experience with this shop is exactly the same as other people here. Much belated delivery and never got a reply from them despite multiple emails. Thankfully my orders did eventually arrive.
To be fair, all the items are flawless and packaging is in good condition as well. Lack of communication is the main issue with them.
Also be wary that they use FedEx however there is hidden cost as FedEx will request you to pay not just the customs duties but their unilaterally imposed 'handling fees' without your consent. Had there been extra fees as such, my understanding is this should have been included in the shipping charge already and it doesn't make sense that they charge every delivery for the 'handling fee' while claiming that they use third party services to facilitate the release of delivery from customs.

In my opinion, they are scammers. They say they send your products in 3 to 5 days, but they don't. They don't respond to emails either.
I've been waiting for more than a month to ship them but nothing. They also do not refund the payment. They are bad Japanese...
Don't buy from them.

I recently purchased a SACD in this webshop. After paying the money I correctly received a confirmation.

When I contacted the seller to inquire about the status, I did not receive any response. When I was almost ready to request a refund through my credit card I suddenly received a notification that the order was shipped. 17 days after the original order it was delivered in perfect condition.

My emails still have remained unanswered, but I am very happy I received my order in the end.
