Never delivered PC Case

Ordered a cpu case. Originally 2 to 5 days turned Into 35 days and they still had not even received the case from MA Labs to then ship to me. I cancelled my order. Gave a star for not having yet charged my credit card. Their website still shows processing the order 10 hours later. Stated I might still get shipped the item but if that happened it would be returnable. Time will tell if there is any funny business going on considering their poor rating on TP.

CDW - No customer service

We wish we never used CDW and won't ever use them again. We are an MSP company and purchased an Enterprise MFP HP printer for our client that showed the scanner feeder in the image while purchasing, but received a non MFP without the scanner. We contacted customer support to get a resolution, but didn't get anything but more ads from CDW. This company is clueless. We even sent an email to some "Director" when we received an email about "feedback" with our experience with CDW, but our inquires went nowhere. We have wasted more time with CDW and wouldn't be profitable using them for future business.

I wish I could leave 0 stars because I didn't even get my order. I was aware I was going to have to wait due to ordering a backordered item. After waiting for significant amount of time I was told that the order was suspended and that when it did become available they might ask me for more money (price gouging), and then I was finally told a significant time after that that the part was just no longer available at all and that I couldn't get it from them after waiting months. I would not recommend them at all. I'd rather overpay at eBay.

Worst customer service in the world

Worst customer service in the world. Sent 5 emails to sales to establish an account and received no response back, not even the automated 24 hour response language. So I called multiple times and each rep was super rude, talked like they didn't want to be there, and was bothered that I wanted to make a 150k dollar purchase without a sales rep. After asking multiple times and confirmed that they had established an account rep for my company, never received a dam email verifying it. Worst experience ever. I went with SHI and ITBarginCenter for quotes and purchase agreements. Stop doing business with these scumbags.

In Stock means nothing. Avoid!

Wow, I wish I had checked out the reviews here before buying. Have a machine down waiting for 2 units to replace the expired parts. CDW showed them IN STOCK. Ordered them in December of 2020. One showed up very quickly. The other? No word, mention or anything. Called in early January and they said the 2nd was scheduled to ship Jan 11th. Middle of January, nothing. Called again and they said it is now scheduled to ship in JUNE!

Basically, just don't buy anything from this company. If they are showing IN STOCK, it's likely BS and you may never see it. And also, be prepared for ZERO communication on the back-ordered in stock item if you went ahead and thought you'd be getting it right away.

Placed a order and was charged…

Placed a order and was charged instantly with no tracking number. Status of the order hasnt changed in days and when you call within their business hours nobody answers. I cant cancel my order because nobody will reply and I paid a couple grand. How are they allowed to do this?

I ordered a graphics card and my order…

I ordered a graphics card and my order was cancelled over a month later. I was never given an email to let me know the order was cancelled. Their service team was a complete waste of time. They literally just put me on hold and didn't ever pick up again...I will never order from CDW. I'm going to advise everyone I know to not order from CDW.

They are so bad

They are so bad. Out of stock / discontinued stock appearing purchasable on their site, slow customer service. I tried ordering a GPU from them 2 times because they had a lot of cards in stock that were out of stock elsewhere, and now I know why they had so many in stock because trying to actually get an order to work with them is more work than it's worth.

Do they even have a service department?

I purchased a monitor from them more than a month ago. It was backordered but the website shows that it'll get inventory 3-6days (still does btw).

After 2 weeks passed, I decided to send an e-mail asking for the status of my backorder. 2 more days pass, and I get no reply even though their website says 24 hours reply, so I said screw it, and e-mailed again saying "just cancel my order".

During this time, I also used their online chat service and after 2 days of waiting from morning to night and only getting from 10th position to 5th, I gave up. There is no excuse to help 5 people in 9 hours...

At this point, I assumed that they're just really bad at communicating and that they cancelled my order without notifying me (Terrible assumption on my part). Cool, didn't think about it any more.

About 2 weeks to 1 month more passes by, I get an e-mail saying the product has shipped and I still haven't gotten a reply from them for my previous e-mails. Needless to say, I got charged for the order.

I know I probably should have called them, but for me, if they have other options (which they do), I'd rather use the alternative options since I hate making phone calls.

Oh yeah, I placed my order without making an account so I can't even access the tracking number without having to phone them. Lol.

For a F500 company, they sure as hell cheap out on their customer service department huh... Either that or they don't care about individual customers, which they should probably warn us about.

CDW Doesn't Value Your Business

I ordered a GPU from CDW because their site said expected shipping between 3-6 business days (at current time - it still does).

I tried following up with their Sales Dept after not hearing anything back from them on shipping confirmation or an update to why it has not shipped yet.

After trying to used their email with their '24 hour response' multiple times without their response, I decided to phone in.

Once on the phone with their Service Rep I was told that not only has their not been progress but they have canceled my order. He (serv rep) explained that they canceled a lot of their back order because of high demand and had the nerve to tell me that I should understand. He said that I should have had an email communication (I did not) and that there's nothing he could do to help.

After getting off the phone I can confirm there have been no emails from CDW outside of my Order Confirmation and auto-responses after contacting their email support for help.

CDW is still taking orders and on their website they still have expected shipping times 3-6 days for the same product I ordered.

This is a business that clearly does not valued their customers or their customer's experience. I will not only never shop with CDW again but I will actively inform others that they do not deserve their business. This is the type of customer experience that has sunk so many businesses and I hope CDW reads this review to get insight into where there business processes have failed in meeting a standard that is expected today.

Just go with ANYONE else

Just go with ANYONE else. Seriously, the worst customer service on earth. I ordered an item in November and got one initial email response but after that I did not hear from them for over 2 months!! I finally said to just cancel my order and they responded immediately, of course. Save yourself the headache and don't use CDW for anything.

Horrible customer service, no fullfilment of order

I placed an order with CDW for a software license that is delivered electronically about 3 weeks ago. After one week, not having heard back, I start sending email and leaving voicemails to the account manager that was assigned to our account. Nobody reached back to me or returned any calls. A few days later I called in, and was told that there was a problem with my order, but that it was not fixed and they would contact their vendor (Autocad) to deliver my order. A week later, still nothing. Account manager still not returning phone calls or answering emails. Another call to the generic customer service. This time I am told that they have not heard from Autocad and will follow up. Another week passes, still nothing. I send more emails. No response from the account manager. The generic customer service responds that the SKU is discontinued and they are trying to locate a replacement SKU (mind you, this is after 3 weeks). When asking for an escalation or a manager who cares about the customer's experience, I am told there is nothing that can be done. So if you want to receive your product, just stick with Amazon or Newegg.

Used product fails 3 days, CDW won't return it

Nothing wrong with the product until it failed 3 days after purchase. The router was shipped and it looked like it was either used or a test box. We didn't care because it was cheaper than everywhere else. After 3 days it stopped working and wouldn't even turn on.

We called them for either a trade or credit, they wouldn't take either.

The small print said, no returns on discount items, almost feels like a scam website. Will never buy from here again

Worst customer experience ever !

I order a camera that was shown as "on stock". After charging me they send me a confirmation for review with a 10-12 week delay notice. No way to join them by mail, live chat or phone. No answer by email and you got put on hold for hours on the chat and phone (I mean calling in the morning and still on hold late afternoon), so long that you need to hang up at some point. STAY AWAY FRON CDW !

Reps Not Helpful

I inquired about pricing for a computer and one of the reps said that the starting price was $500 more than what they currently listed. This shows a lack of research into their own inventory or the possibility of price gouging.

Great Customer Service

My office ordered a printer and toner through CDW and it arrived quickly. It wasn't the printer for us we quickly realized and I called the customer service to see if we would be able to return it since the website says once it is open, they don't usually give refunds. We had used it for 2 days and I spoke to a woman named Karen. She was so polite and so helpful and put our return through immediately. I speak to a lot of representatives throughout the day and had to get on here to write a review since I knew they didn't have many good ones on this site. The whole process was very smooth.
