Contact with Controlled Energy costs was straight forward and instructions very clear.

Over and beyond! We contacted our Electricity supplier direct for a "green" certificate several times over an 18 month period, without success. Eventually asked our broker, who within 2 weeks had everything sorted from clearing up the issue whereby the supplier claimed to not have been asked to supply green energy, to actually receiving the certificate to prove we had asked, and were receiving.
