Hi Magnus,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and above all, for visiting us.
I'm delighted to hear that our activities and prices met your expectations. However, I'm sorry that our service did not. We always strive to go the extra mile, as we know how much of a difference it can make to the overall experience. I will therefore look into what went wrong, as the well-being and engagement of my colleagues are very important to us.
Regarding our lockers, it is always possible to exchange a larger note for a 20 DKK coin at the bar if needed.
I hope you have a wonderful day.
Best regards,
Team Cecilie's

Cecilie is one of the best sports bars i have visited till now. Staff os very friendly. The space is ample so that you do not have to worry about other tables while playing billiards. Other games are also well placed and maintained. I will always recommend Cecilies at høje Taastrup with 5 stars.

The food was served right on time, and everything was fresh and of great quality. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout our visit.
Both the mini golf and bowling were a huge hit! ⛳🎳 The kids had an absolute blast, and honestly, the adults enjoyed it just as much. It created such a fun and lively atmosphere for everyone.
Overall, it was the perfect place for a birthday celebration, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and stress-free day! 😊

Fantastic birthday party 🥳
What a pleasure it was to have my son's 11th birthday party at Cecilie's City 2. The mini-golf and bowling ensured for lots of laughter and special moments of joý. The boys had so much fun and enjoyed every minute of it. The food, snacks, slushies, cupcakes and all were on time every time and the team that looked after us throughout the day was excellent! Jonathan and the team were super friendly, great with the boys and made our day seamless and super enjoyable. Even the booking team before the time were super - always quick to reply, friendly manners and ready to assist. A big thank you to the great team at Cecilie's!

Hi Juanita,
Thank you so much for your kind words – and especially for choosing Cecilie’s for your children’s birthday celebration.
I’m very happy to hear that your experience lived up to your expectations, from the booking process all the way through to the event itself. That is exactly the kind of experience we aim to create for our guests.
Our children’s birthday package is designed to give kids the opportunity to have fun, enjoy some delicious food, drinks, and dessert if desired. I’m glad to hear that the arrangement met your expectations and that the birthday child had a great day – that is the most important thing.
We look forward to welcoming you again, and I wish you a wonderful day.

We celebrated my child’s birthday at Cecilie’s and overall had a really great experience. The kids had lots of fun, and everything was well organized. A big thank you to Malou, who was very helpful and responsive over email while planning the party — her support made the process so much easier.
I’m giving the experience 4 stars (could have been 5) because of two small points:
1. There was no option for a proper birthday cake. We also weren’t allowed to bring one from outside, and while cupcakes were offered instead, the birthday boy was a little disappointed.
2. The package included burgers, fries, juices, and slush ice, but no water, which would have been nice to have.
Apart from these details, it was a wonderful celebration, and we would still happily recommend Cecilie’s for a fun and memorable kids’ birthday party.

Hi Sharon,
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us – and for choosing Cecilie's for your child’s birthday celebration 🌟
I’m really happy to hear that the children had a lovely day – and especially that the birthday child was celebrated and had fun. I’ll make sure to pass on your kind words to Malou right away. We’re very pleased that we were able to provide good service both before and during the event 💙
You are absolutely right that, unfortunately, we don’t allow guests to bring their own food or drinks – including birthday cakes. However, our guests do have the option to purchase chocolate muffins, “drømmekage” muffins, or other types of cake if they wish.
For our children’s birthday packages, we offer juices with the meal, but you are more than welcome to ask the staff on the day if it’s possible to get some water as well – that’s usually not a problem.
Once again, a huge thank you for sharing your experience and your feedback. It really helps us know what to focus on in the future to improve the overall experience for our guests.
We very much look forward to welcoming you again, and we wish you a truly wonderful day ✨
Best regards,
Team Cecilie's

Fantastic company event! amazing staff and great fun!
We had our company event at this venue a few, and it was an absolute success from start to finish!
The food was great, the bowling lanes were spot-on, and the mini golf was a great touch that added even more fun to the day.
I have to give a few mentions to their incredible staff members who helped us throughout the event! Oliver, Armin, and Victor.
These three guys were superstars:
Oliver was super organized and attentive. He made sure everything ran smoothly from the moment we arrived and was always one step ahead. Professional, calm and always with a smile.
Armin was super friendly, outgoing, and full of good vibes! he kept everyone smiling and made sure the atmosphere was fun!
Victor was our go-to guy for any technical or setup requests. Efficient, helpful, and always with a smile….nothing was too much trouble for him.
They always went the extra mile made a great day even better. We truly felt taken care of.
We had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Cecilie’s for any group or company event!!
