Ich habe jetzt das Apfel-Zimt-Pfannkuchen Rezept ausprobiert. Zum einen ist überhaupt kein Apfel im Rezept angegeben, dann hat der Teig null Bindung und wird in der Pfanne auch kein Pfannkuchen.
Lediglich der Geschmack ist ganz okay.
Es ist schade um die teuren Zutaten.
Hier kann man viele gesammelte youtube Videos und Verlinkungen zu teuren Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln kaufen.
Sehr wenig Inhalt, z.B. wird in diesem Programm für mentale Fitness geworben - und dann bekommt man den "hilfreichen " Tipp sich YouTube Videos über Meditationen anzuschauen....
Ich finde es unfassbar, was der Ernährungsberater Jacob Niebler hier anbietet.
