Device failed shortly after warranty — disappointing support
My dash cam began factory resetting repeatedly and eventually stopped powering on entirely.
This did not seem like normal wear and tear but rather a hardware failure. Unfortunately, it happened just outside the 12-month warranty period.
Support offered a 50% discount on a replacement but would not make any exception despite the nature of the issue. I also attempted to escalate the case, but my last message went unanswered and the ticket was closed.
They did follow up after I left feedback, which I appreciate, but the outcome did not change.
It’s difficult to justify paying 50% for another unit when the original failed this way. I would be cautious when considering this product.
