Poor experience from a missed appointment due to an honest mistake.
I had an unfortunate experience with Dr. N Sheth's practice. I attempted to cancel my appointment but, due to an honest mistake, the email remained unsent in my drafts. I provided proof of this error and kindly requested that the £100 cancellation fee be waived or reduced, but the practice refused to offer any flexibility. While I understand policies are important, it’s disappointing that they were unwilling to consider the circumstances, especially when I provided evidence of my intent to cancel within the appropriate timeframe.
Other aspects of the practice may be fine, but this experience has left me feeling that their approach lacks understanding and compassion for honest mistakes
