I thought I'd researched, this product carefully, I thought I'd paid for it through the shop app. Ordered 09/09/25 as of 30/09/25 still not arrived, looked at my bank account and it has been debited directly, not through the shop app. Damn scammers! I'm rarely caught out. As an update, my bank has given me my money back. There is also an address listed in Bridgend. Anyone want the address ? I'll pass it on

Total scam as reported by others. You pay for a robotic pool cleaner and some weeks later three elastic bands turn up. Avoid at all costs!

Total scam. Bought a robotic pool cleaner and it never came, so I reported to credit card company to get reimbursed. All links to my purchase and even the celaryx website have disappeared.

Total scam, if your lucky to have read reviews before purchasing then avoid this scam. Like others have said three keyring covers turn up and no robot pool cleaner.

I paid for the robotic pool cleaner and after 3 weeks my parcel arrived.
I got 3 coloured key ring covers.
I have emailed them twice but do not expect any response so I am reporting this company to scam watch.

This website was linked through the Shop.com app. My partner purchased a Robotic Pool Cleaner and a payment was made to Celaryx through the Shop app. When the order arrived is when we realised my partner was scammed. The package contained only 3 keyring covers. Thinking our mistake was not realising the cheap price probably meant it was too good to be true! Trying to find a way to dispute the matter to get our money back has been very complicated. We have in the end reported it to ScamWatch.
