unique and valuable experience

I am happy that I found Sue, she has unique experience helping people not just with ADHD but general life coaching.ADHD is complex topic that requires understanding of human nature, traumas etc. Sue is able to understand the case and fix it as a "headspace doctor". I am happy to go on this journey. with Sue.

Life changing!

If I could give Sue 10 stars I would! She's an real inspiration. Her compassion, experience, humour and wisdom have helped me to understand my unique ADHD brain and appreciate the Superpowers that come with it! Like many busy women, it can seem almost impossible to create time for myself and establish a routine. Every step of the way, Sue has helped me see the things I can do with the time I have, to nourish my mind and body. She also helped me see the value of asking for help and accepting it, both in my personal life and at work. I can't recommend Sue highly enough!

ADHD, in general, is poorly understood, but this course has been carefully designed by someone who has it - which is really important. The modules are comprehensive; with practical techniques to overcome the key challenges (impulsivity, self-compassion etc) and clear insights into how the ADHD brain actually works. Underpinned by mindfulness and the opportunity to learn from fellow ADHDers, this course will provide you with an essential holistic approach to taking charge of your life.
