CelerBook is Dutch appointment software for salons, barbershops, beauty salons, nail studios and spas. It combines a booking website, an online calendar and client management in one tool, so salon owners can stop arranging appointments through Instagram DMs and WhatsApp. Every business gets its own booking website on a celerbook.com subdomain, with a photo gallery, theme colours, staff profiles and a booking widget in both Dutch and English. Clients book their own appointments at any time, and owners see everything in one calendar that shows staff schedules, working hours and time off. Automatic email and SMS reminders help reduce no-shows. CelerBook also handles per-staff pricing, automatic staff assignment, and instant or manual approval of bookings. It syncs two ways with Google Calendar, keeps a client page with visit history and a reliability score, and reports on revenue, staff performance and quarterly VAT. Owners and staff can run the business from native iOS and Android apps as well as from the web. Pricing is pay-as-you-go: 0.25 euro per appointment, capped at 30 euro per month plus 5 euro per active staff member, with the first five appointments each month free. There is no contract and nothing hidden behind tiers, which makes CelerBook a practical fit for solo professionals and small salons.
