Amazing toy that won't hold a charge - WASTE OF MONEY

I purchased this awesome-looking cat toy (the electronic red ball with a string on it - "EPTCHIN Rollie Pet")directly from the celerypets website. After it's first use, with the battery drained, the toy won't charge at all. I've tried charging it for an hour, 4 hours, and overnight. No matter how long it is charging, the lights remain red once turned on again and it works for less than a minute each time.

I am so disappointed that my wife, cat, and I wish to ensure that no one else is scammed by this waste of money, plastic, and time.

DO NOT PURCHASE - you will immediately regret it.

Sadly, for my cat, she absolutely LOVED this toy - and she now longingly looks at it's dead self lying in a heap on the floor.

I can no longer tell if lack of…

I can no longer tell if lack of delivery information is the fault of seller or SHOP. Cat toy bought end of November my kids still don’t have it! Why? No information on when or if We will ever receive it. These companies sell on line and never say arriving maybe from china. You can’t reach out to shop or vendor. This situation sucks. I can not be only customer frustrated by feeling totally scammed. Bottom line pass on celery pets unless you want pet toys in 4 months.

Shocking

Shocking. Can't believe I was so stupid and didn't read the reviews first.
Electric bugs don't don't do anything they say like flip themselves over and the batteries die within hours.
Rolling toys, yup great fun, cat loves them. Shame they only last about 30 minutes at a time, if that, then after a few days they don't even charge. The mode colors don't even match.
Product did arrive unlike some people's although took about 6 weeks . Complete waste of money.

Interactive cat toy

Ordered an interactive cat toy, worked for the first 10 mins then wouldn’t switch on after that. Has been charged but nothing happens. Honestly wouldn’t bother ordering from them again as they’re over priced and the same item is available cheaper elsewhere. Waste of money unfortunately.

Another scam store!

I purchased a cat toy for around $18, but it stopped working after only 10 minutes of use. The toy no longer charges or turns on. When I contacted customer service, they asked me to provide photos or a video of the defective toy. I promptly sent them two videos clearly showing the issue, but I never received a response. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the exact same toy is being sold on TikTok for under $5. Extremely disappointing experience.

Do not order from Celery Pets!

Would give 0 if I could. Ordered a Christmas present for my cat but it hasn't arrived and obviously isn't going to! Wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased. Really disappointed to be scammed by Celery Pets particularly at Christmas. Don't order from this company, your order will not arrive!

Avoid - Scam!

I ordered a motorised cat ball which cost about £16.
The product never arrived. After contacting them i was told to contact Yodel myself and given another tracking number.
Yodel confirmed that the parcel was lost and i have sent their response to Celery pets. Despite sending 3/4 emails i still havent had a response. It seems that when theres a problem their solution is to ignore you. They are quick to take your money but won't give it back. An absolutely awful company. I just wished i had read the reviews first, but you live and learn.

I ordered an electronic cat toy from…

I ordered an electronic cat toy from this company as a result of an ad on Facebook. They are based in China as so many companies advertising on that site are. It took over a week to arrive and was not properly packaged - just in its cardboard box inside a plastic bag. The box was fairly battered but the toy ball seemed undamaged and after a good charged, whizzed around the kitchen floor at considerable speed to the delight of my cats. However, battery capacity was poor - it needed charging once or twice per day. After a few days it stopped working altogether. When I told the company they simply ignored me.

Wrong items, no response to multiple queries

Ordered & paid 2 items (Facebook) before finding source is China. Received 2 incorrect items. Numerous emails to their given address ('24/7 service'), no reply. Numerous queries and negative comments on their Facebook page but response, if any, is only the link to their website. Trying to get my £26 back. Sorry, nothing positive to say.

I wanted to give zero stars. They charged my account in October and I still haven't received the product. How dare you. I am disputing the charge with my bank and pressing charges against this dishonest company. Do not order and STAY AWAY

Avoid this company

I ordered a Rollieball for my cat. The item arrived in just five days, but after two days the item stopped working. I have charged it, but nothing happens. I wish that I had read these reviews before purchasing, I cannot believe that they are still trading.

I purchased an interactive ball toy for…

I purchased an interactive ball toy for my cat from this company. Despite sending them multiple emails and contacting Amazon disputes team, I eventually received the item. However, the toy has already stopped working, as I’ve been charging it for days. The light flashes red for hours and it does not work once fully charged. This is absolutely appalling. Why are you selling faulty equipment to customers, which only last 2/3 weeks. You’re stealing money from customers and providing an inadequate service!! Your company will soon be closed down!
