False Advertising
False Advertising, refused to abide by consumer law. Item received is not what was advertised on the website, terrible quality and significant differences - SHEIN would’ve done a better knock off for £5. Told me refund would only be given if I paid 50USD for return shipping despite being false advertisement and being covered by consumer rights act. Absolutely no accountability from company.

( UPDATE ) I asked for a refund and they told me I was too ugly to be compensated. Then they began to belittle my three legged disabled blind senior golden retriever. They also said they hate puppies and small children.

Avoid at all costs
The quality is horrible, your items will be shipped straight from a Chinese warehouse. The dresses look nothing like the photos. Extremely cheap material. Then if you try and request a refund they will state that you have to pay your own shipping back to china at $35 USD plus pay the import fee of $110. An absolute joke. Avoid at all costs.

This has to be a scam company using other pictures!! I waited over 3 weeks and paid over £80 for a dress that was honestly the worst thing that I have ever put on my body. It was completely different to the picture, the material was absolutely awful and so cheaply made. The dress also had a hole in the bottom along the seam and it took over a week for them to even acknowledge me and then another week of going back and forth with them before they refunded me. Do not waste your time and money!!

DONT BELIEVE THE PICS - AVOID
AWFUL quality and they swerve return requests and get you to pay to return to China. I bought a two piece satin outfit what I received was a frumpy dress which was sown together in the middle. They offered me 20% refund to keep it. AVOID. The pics online are FAKE.

Don't buy from Celina the Label
The dress arrived from China. Didn't take too long. But no labels inside - no size and no brand. Who knows where they come from? It didn't fit and it didn't look like the picture. The torso was way too long and the bust was so much smaller than their sizing guide suggested that the zip was never going to close - there was at least a 3 inch gap. The pictures showed a nice dress with the fabric in layers that looked a bit like a flower spreading out from the side waist. In reality the fabric just flopped so it looked like a dress with a heap of crinkly fabric flopping around at the side. Read reviews first and don't expect a refund. I read the reviews too late and just settled for 20% refund and a 50% voucher which I'll never use. As close to a scam as you'll ever get without actually being a scam. Don't go near them.

I want to give it a negative rating. It’s a scam and bad bad customer service
This is a scam. I wanted to believe it wasn’t but it is. Dresses are poor material nothing like they advertised.
It is free international shipping to ship to you but you have to pay $50usd and then 10% of the refund will be taken off of the money needed for a refund? Because of handling fees?? No other company I know does this.
Which means when I’ve paid $129NZD for my dress they’re only willing to give me $31.6 back? Which is an absolute joke considering it’s free shipping to get it delivered. Talk about double standards.
In all their replies to comments they’ve mentioned “get in contact with us.” Don’t do it. All they do is recycle the same phrases that have nothing to do with what you’ve already said.
If I could give this company a negative star rating it would be off the scale.
I am really disappointed in their poor customer service, poor quality and lack of transparency during returns and shipping.
