Steer clear of this company Like all the reviews on this company after waiting a month on a lovely two piece dress when it arrived today I found ot hard to describe this as a dress a dish rag looks better not a two piece and no resemblance whatsoever to the picture should have known it has come from Singapore quality and honesty is not two words I would describe these scammers

Wish I had read these reviews first. Received my two piece dress set this morning. When I had stopped laughing I popped it in the bin. One piece and no way could it be worn, talk about the Emperor's new clothes😂 Said sizes were true and I ordered a 12. More like a 22. I am furious but will just have to chalk it up to experience. Won't get conned again. Do not buy from this company. They also state everything is shipped from the UK. .. nope

I am now on my 28th email with this company! Having purchased two shirts which when arrived do not match the items shown. The material is awful and of poor quality and the design and style are completely different. Having spent £40 they initially offered a refund of £3. Then, after all the emails, the last offer is £9.50 and I’m delighted to learn I don’t have to return the items! It’s laughable! Why on earth would I want to keep something that is of such poor quality. I just want a refund and they can arrange to collect them at their leisure! I have offered to pay the postage to return if I get I get a refund but they refuse to give me an address to return them to.

Do not buy from this company they are scammers bought 2 dresses which looks nothing like on the website and they state that its 100% refundable but have refused to refund me dish cloths look better very disappointed

This company is a scam. They take your money which is more than the order value. They don't respond to the question when you email them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT SEND YOU THE GOODS. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY, OFFERED ME A £5 REFUND FOR A £57.00 ORDER. THEY AREN'T WORTH 1 STAR, THEY ARE WORTH 'NIL' 'ZERO'

Yesterday, my “dress” finally arrived ( after waiting an entire month ) What I received did not, in the slightest way, resemble the photo of the beautiful dress they showed in the advertisement to sell this dress. Not only was it nothing like the advertised dress, it actually wasn’t even a dress at all, but one piece of very cheap, thin material in the front, with an attached super sheer, type wrap sewn to that, so it could not be worn at all, as the backside has no material at all, just this sheer , see-thru wrap…to say I am disappointed is an understatement! This company should be shut down and not allowed to continue their fraudulent behavior. If I could give negative numbers, I definitely would. Please, DO NOT be another victim of this terrible company. I will be opening a dispute case through PayPal.

This company don’t deserve any stars! Clothing nothing like what I ordered. 8 inches shorter in length and 4 inches smaller round the bust. They also took £3 more out off my account.
They are not accepting any responsibility even though I sent pictures with tape measure proving the sizing discrepancies. The emails are on a loop of standard replies. Do not use this company unless you want to be ripped off and robbed!!

I had forgotten that I ordered from them before, and could kick myself. Asked to return 2 cotton dresses because they weren't what I wanted and too short. Now they want photographs!! Of what? My knees? After reading the reviews here I'm not even going to bother. My brother needs a polishing cloth for his car, so I will hand them down!! Don't buy from them!!

Do not buy from this company. Would rate minus 5 star if able to. Cheap poor quality items and not as described on their website. They overcharge your payment method and do not reply to emails. Keep well clear of them

I foolishly ordered a dress via Facebook and then read the reviews (should have done it the other way around!). I checked my credit card and they had taken out £3 more than the dress cost. Taking everything into consideration I asked for the order to be cancelled less than 2 hours after ordering. Whilst they quickly refunded the £3 I was told the order had already been sent (in 2 hours?!). Five weeks later the dress arrived - it’s not even thick enough to use as a tea towel and is unwearable. It will cost me £10.50 to return it tracked as they have insisted I should do, so I will be throwing good money after bad. Lesson learned sadly.
Postscript! They initially offered me $2 not to return it, this was increased to $5 when I refused. I questioned why they were offering me dollars when I live in the UK and they upped the offer to £10 which I accepted and quickly received. I still lost £9 but avoided paying an additional £10.50 to return it, not knowing if I would receive any refund.

My review would be -5 if possible. I ordered 2 linen knee length dresses in a size 14. What arrived are 2 thin cotton, tiny tunic tops that look nothing like the dresses I ordered. They refuse to give me a refund as they say they are not faulty. After a tiny bit Of research we found that the photos in the advert actually come from a French website.

Now with my credit card company.

Beware the cloths are very cheaply made .you can't send back comes from China they say lined they are not they says none crease they are .put in claim with PayPal if you leave neg feedback they take it off

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give minus five stars I would. I ordered two dresses from this company. BIg mistake. When I finally received them they were horrible, dreadful material, easily creased. They don’t tell the truth when answering questions on Facebook. I too have been blocked from leaving negative comments on their website. I want to return these horrible dresses, but to do so I have to send them to China at my own expense. My dispute with this company is now in the hands of PayPal. They should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook and scam future customers.

Would give them zero if I could. The items I bought with a discount were added to my credit card at the original price without me knowing so although they totalled &80 and that’s what I paid they charged me £97, and the items weren’t even delivered. They say they have a 100% guarantee on their site but do not get sucked in. Many emails to them with no satisfactory response. Save your money and Do not buy from them.

Should be zero stars, they take additional monies from you without warning. Product is not as described re fabric, cut, finish, and their website comments about returning goods etc are clearly false.

I ordered shoes and waited 3 weeks for them to arrive....They were too big, I asked to return them, they refused as they had sent what I ordered???? Yes, I know I ordered them, but it didn't say in the ad they were extra wide! Surely good customer service should prevail! Don't use this company!!

One star because I could not do a zero star review. One star for ingenuity I suppose. They are totally fraudulent as per all the other reviews. They have a fake support line and a fake shipping partner. The ridiculous thing is that they have such great clothing ‘for sale’ that a genuine business like this could do incredibly well!!

Still waiting for my order of 17th January, countless emails and messages sent …one excuse after another. Fake tracking numbers, lied about where its coming from. Took more money than I was told of the cost. I have now taken it to paypal to get my refund of £79.31 but this Chinese (not USA, Singapore or even Cornwal) company are still insisting its coming ! Liars and cheats.Do not trust them.

Something is not right with Celinous in my experience. When I responded on Facebook to questions from potential UK customers regarding charges and delivery, Celinous blocked me. An extra charge for tax was taken from my account after I had agreed to their invoice amount. They have several different contact names and addresses.
Delivery is taking an awful long time.
