1985 las casas purchased from Ben. He later responded there was an error and he did not have the wine🥴 offered refund or pick something else out from his list. I just had this happen with Vinfolio for 1990 Montrose. They said they would try to source it. Wonder what others are seeing with this online purchase of older wine.

First order of many, hopefully!
I was blown away by the customer service - I placed my first order with Cellar Raiders, Ben was in touch immediately and I had the order in hand the next day! Wine was expertly packed and looks to have experienced excellent provenance. I had heard good things about Ben and CR, and now I see why. I look forward to supplementing my own cellar with many more gems from Cellar Raiders!

Accidentally came across a 10 year old…
Accidentally came across a 10 year old bottle of a local wine, Goldeneye’s Gowan Creek 2006, at less than half the price of the current release. 2006 is a bit of an off vintage,but I figured atleast it would be an inexpensive lesson.
Prompt service, and the bottle arrived in perfect condition.

Outstanding Customer Service
Wow!!! I ordered a vintage bottle of port online mid-afternoon on Christmas Day and within thirty minutes received an email reply from Ben. He wanted to know my shipping preference. I was trying to get delivery in time for a party on the 27th, but thought that might be impossible due to the Christmas holidays. Au contraire. Ben emailed me again at 8:30 PM Christmas evening to confirm shipping costs, then arranged overnight Fed Ex delivery and I received my port the next day. I could not have asked for more, but if I had, I believe Ben would have somehow found a way to comply.
